The best of Keboola is the variety of Query/programming languages you can use to manipulate the data. SQL, Python, R and even No-Code transformations are available. I also love keboola Customer Support as well - I love Tereza working there :-) **What do you dislike about Keboola?** The most concern is that I cannot predict extact price per motnh because it is based on Snowflake credits consuption a this is really hard to predict from the begining of any new Keboola project. You don't need to think about the infrastructure since it comes with a snowflake already set up and ready to use. There is the chance to use any preferred language for transofrmations (python, R, SQL) even in the pay-as-you-go plan. You can create a development branch with a couple of clicks (something that not many tools have) The 300 free minutes every month are game-changing to set up everything without allocating too much budget to create your ETL. Lastly, it is visually appealing. **What do you dislike about Keboola?** The error messages are not easy to read, and the extractors (at least those I used) are not much customizable and tend to download more than you need. It is perfect for small teams which do not have much time to allocate to the infrastructure. Its usage can be quite hard for new users. Combining multiple levels of JSON data needs a deep understanding of the underlying source. In our BI department, we don't have many senior positions, mostly we are looking for people with junior / mid-level tech stack and on the other side with great attitude, hard workers and high motivation in self-education. In this case Keboola is a great tool. In its simplicity, people learn to work with tools quickly and they don't need a senior tech stack. Of course i need to mention your help center, which helps our people to figure out their problems really quickly. **What do you dislike about Keboola?** I must say just one thing and it is sandbox interface. I liked the old one - every transformation had a unique sandbox. I was able to fix a code quickly. For me with the new workspaces, it is not that easy. Because of new transformations which includes every phases of all data pipeline transformations you need load all input data. Besides workspace has new interface which is pretty complicated. One thing i hate the most. I like the wide range of components both in extractors and writers the most that you have huge flexibility to get and send data. **What do you dislike about Keboola?** It's great that we have version history at the transformations but the "compare with previous" function doesn't function well yet. It would be much better to see the whole code, the previous version on the left side, the current version on the right and the changes could be highlighted. I'm saying this because I often run into a problem that you don't know the code that you are investigating and if you see only the actual change between the versions it's so hard to make conclusions.
