One of the many qualities I like most about this product is lead capture and tracking. In my organization, it has helped automate and streamline repetitive tasks, forecasting sales, streamlining invoicing, and more. It is a versatile and comprehensive resource for CRM and the sales pipeline. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There has been almost nothing I dislike about this product; it is perfect. However, the reports are very numerical and not very detailed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are definitely a lot of ways to do different things as far as tracking leads and storing contacts. I did particularly like the ability to set up automated email campaigns to follow up with prospects when a certain tag was added to their contact. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I think there's so much in there that we just don't know how to use or the functionality isn't intuitive. There are times we try to do something new and it takes lots of searching and googling and testing things to figure out how to do what it is we want to do. Also, For actual lead tracking and lead tracking time, it doesn't seem to be easy. The ways that can be done in there are complex and still require a lot of manual calculations. Keap has been the backbone of our tech stack in our small business since 2012. There is so much to like about it as it has many features being an all-in-one CRM & Marketing Automation tool. We specifically use the CRM, email broadcast tool, campaign builder, sales pipeline, eCommerce, subscriptions, affiliates, appointments, and reporting. My favourite feature is the Campaign Builder. Being a visual person, I love the ability to map out and build automation that saves hours every week. It’s probably saved me from having to employee a full-time resource as we don’t have to do things manually. The system helps convert additional sales through the automated follow-up and reminders we have setup. Being a long-term user, it’s exciting to see Keap back to the good old days and re-investing back into developing small (but meaningful) and bigger feature releases. As with any software, there is always room for improvement. Being an Australian user, I’m specifically looking forward to some of the new features being rolled out in the future that have successfully launched in the US. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I really like the system's numerous templates for emails, and the automation tools required less of a learning curve than with other marketing platforms. I subscribed to Active Campaign for five months and could not seem to get the hang if it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I am still learning the tools, and I have challenges creating forms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The responsiveness of the team when there is a problem. And when the coach knows the product deeply, the sessions go well, questions are not only answered, they are anticipated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Trainers who do not know the product deeply. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
KEAP has a resource for every aspect of our company. It covers our CRM, Quoting system, and Pipeline. We can easliy access evey one of our customers. We store the contact information, email them through the system, and never forget where our sales are at. Without KEAP we would be lost as a company. We enjoy the resources that we can have right at our fingertips. Customers can also stay connected through the broadcasting system. We dont need another email software to contact our customers. The tagging system is also great, with the tags we can email select customers information on the product or choose the right group to selectively market to. With KEAP we never miss a call because of the task system we can use to organize our days. No matter if it is a salesman, an office assistant, or an accountant, we can all stay on top our tasks with the tasks system in KEAP. This system makes our jobs easier, its not just a website that we sometimes go on. It is always open and always providing us all the information we need to succeed. The downside of using KEAP is that we still need a system to track our finances separately. It would be excellent to have everything in this one excellent resource! It would also be great to place the customers into separate boxes on one screen if there weren't always in one long list. If there was a way to make the customers all seen at once, this would benefit our company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love that we can house all of our Automation for our company sign-ups, purchases, documents, details and so much more in one place. There isn't enough space or time to explain everything but the integrations seem endless and we can almost always save our staff time and energy on the little things so they can focuse on the more important, revenue producing tasks. I haven't encountered much that I don't like. SOMEtimes it's a bit slow but that's it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love that Keap has all the software tools I need in one place. I no longer need to have an email database, plus funnel software, plus calendar link, plus landing page for accepting payments, plus taskmaster, plus pipeline. It's so much easier to have it all in one place, making it much easier to integrate it all. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Some of the features don't have as much capability as the dedicated software versions. But I am told that they take reviews seriously and are constantly updating to suit users' needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I tried at least four different companies before choosing and staying with Keap. That was eight years ago. I found it intuitive and straightforward to use. A few months after the switch, my business went over six figures. I know a lot of that had to do with Keap.
The BEST, rare and unique thing about Keap is that they care about you as a person. You are assigned a Customer Success Manager who ensures you're getting the most out of Keap and supports you through the ups and downs of business. Over the last two years, so many companies failed to support their business owner and entrepreneur customers. Keap is one of the few that went (and continues to go) above and beyond with fierce loyalty and support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I can't say there is anything I dislike. There is so much you can do with Keap, that you need a team member who can dedicate the necessary time to get the most out of it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
If used properly, Keap can take much of the grunt work off the desk of your Sales Team allowing you to focus on growing your sales and profits. I also just attended my first Conference and realized how much I didn't know. The vendors at this conference provided many tools that will also enhance my business. I'm grateful for your product, the support you provide and for showing us additional services that will help my business continue to grow and prosper. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I have no complaints about this product. I just wish I had realized the capabilities sooner. Our campaigns are extremely elementary and as a result, my sales team is bogged down with processes that should be automated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
