I've just recently come home from Keap's user conference IKON. It was really great to be back at an in-person gathering, and I was inspired by seeing all of the ways people use automation in their businesses. I can't think of anything specific. Sometimes there is so much new stuff being added that it's hard to decide what to implement next. There are good tools provided to figure out what the strategy should be. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love te automation and I literally have everything in one platform. I have my task list, my pipeline, my contacts, and my ability to build out automation that links everything together! I also can invoice my clients directly out of this system! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Currently, there are a few things I need to make my business run smoothly. I need to be able to add the "deal name" from the pipeline into my automated email and I need to be able to send invoices based on hours, so decimal quantities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
By far, the ability to use Keap to quickly create and build landing pages and email campaigns that drive new prospects into our company gives us a far better chance to grow than blindly "marketing" on social media. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There's really nothing to dislike in Keap. If you need something, chances are, Keap can do it. The only challenges I ever have are realizing how powerful it is, and keeping my imagination in check. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

These are the factors I like alot easy contact importing, sales management, campaign building, accurate tagging, and reporting. Ecommerce system has also good options like payment plans to split the payment into installments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Campaign & landing page builders take much time to load sometimes; as soon as elements increases on the landing page, it starts hanging. These factors need to be improved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love how many features Keap has. I'm able to create very detailed campaigns, customer tagging, product purchase forms, and more. I've been able to use it to take our customer followup (and retention) to the next level. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Keap can be very complicated to learn, and it's easy to accidentally do the same thing. Our biggest complaint is the learning curve, but we understand that comes with a tool this powerful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I like best about KEAP is... EVERYTHING!!! Like, I love that I can text AND email in the same system. I love using KEAP to set my appointments, create invoices and integrate my online merchant provider to receive payments. I love setting up marketing automation that frees up my time to do the recurring tasks that I no longer have to do or hire someone to do for me! I love that KEAP has integrated landing pages, so I don't have to re-invent the wheel each time I want or need to launch a new targeted campaign. Frankly, I invested over ten years of my life and over $850,000 in building my own SMS & email platform... I am now using KEAP... what's that communicate to you? What I don't like so much about KEAP is... well... as a newer certified partner, I feel like there are too many logins and places to go to get the information I need when I need it. Admittedly, KEAP is an extremely robust platform, so I come with compassion and understanding, but there are just too many places to get information. Then, when training for my Certified Partner certification, I was redirected to too many different places to watch training videos. Also, I feel that KEAP could allow us to purchase additional characters in the SMS platform. If we submit 160 characters, the cost is $.04 each SMS message, but if my SMS is between 160 and 320 characters, I would love the option to pay $.08 each.
Furthermore, I think KEAP should combine their SMS text box with their eMail system at the time of broadcast so I can do it all in one window. Also, I would like to be able to edit multiple contacts all at once. But, besides these minor inconveniences, there is NOTHING I would change. It was a lot, but that is my ONLY complaint. I like having automated lead follow-up in place so follow-up is happening even if I am off for a few days. Lead scoring, quick reports about who's signing up for webinars, automated email, and text messaging are some of my favorites. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
