What do you like best about Keap?

Keap is a cost effective tool since it combines a CRM and a Marketing management tool. It is a very good option for small businesses since you get almost all the features you need at a very good price (if you compare it with other well known CRMs). What do you like best about Keap?

There's not a lot that I like about Infusionsoft - even after 2 years. It is relatively easy to set up automated email campaigns and send broadcast emails. Compared to competitors, they have really fallen behind. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Keap?

We are using Max Classic so keep that in mind:

1. Reporting is poor and it's hard to determine ROI from email activities

2. You need a lot of add-on tools to do basic CRM activities like PlusThis, Zapier, iTracker360 and Reporting software

3. Their landing page builder is incredibly slow

4. Pipeline - in Max classic, there is no max classic

5. SMS - it's 2021 and their SMS is still in beta

6. Yahoo and AOL have completely blocked their servers so now I need to pay for and manage ANOTHER tool to use other email servers Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Keap solving and how is that benefiting you?

Like any automation software, sending automated emails to leads and prospects helps you save time but Infusiosoft just isn't the best option for lead generation businesses to target messages at the right time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Keap?

I use Keap to send out a series of reminders for upcoming trips we host. It's really easy to set up a campaign series and then duplicate it for other trips. It saves me a ton of time! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Keap?

I love that you can set up advanced automation and workflows. The sales pipeline and the automation that comes along with them are a great way to simplify the sales process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Keap?

The least helpful part about Keap is the lack of real marketing tools. Having dozens of email marketing templates, but lacking a way to see the analytics from the forms you create, is absolutely backward. On a daily basis, I have to submit feedback on features that aren't there or don't work properly. Combine all this with the fact that our first marketing outreach to about 100k contacts had a bug that messed up the merge features. Kinda embarrassing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Keap:

If you are a small business and need to have to invoice and track sales and have a small contact list, this might be good for you. If you have a few thousand contacts or more, Keap is really lacking. Hopefully, it gets better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Our sales team was spending so much time on follow-ups that we couldn't work on getting new sales leads. The automation that is part of Keap allows us to spend more time cultivating leads. It also makes sure that all of our leads stay out of the cracks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Keap?

It's hard to say what I like the best... Scheduling links that integrate with Zoom, invoicing, recurring payments on invoices, pipelines for sales or services, the list really goes on and on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Keap?

I like automation. I like how user-friendly and multi-faceted the campaign builder is. I love the reporting in the campaign builder.

Landing Pages have a long way to go. We have had issues using fields in LPs quite often. I have had to call support a handful of times this last week for "known issues" in landing pages. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Keap?

What sets Keap apart is it automation buuilder. The functionality is excellent and the email builder/landing page builder and form builder are all drag and drop and easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

For B2B businesses it is not possible to have the company name as the main heading for a contact card- there are ways around this but this would be a good improvement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the automation and broadcasts. They are easy to use. Every time I have a question, I have received quick, knowledgeable service.

I feel the intake process is great. Our training was structured and practical.
