What do you like best about Keap?

It has so many features - probably more than you will ever need. It saves me a lot of time on a daily basis by taking care of the follow up I need for my clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Keap?

It has a steep learning curve - but once you've got it down, it's amazing. I also wish the mobile app was a little more robust and similar to the web interface - it would be really helpful to be able to do more with campaigns and get analytics and results in the mobile app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Keap solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use it to keep in touch with my clients. The ability to craft different campaigns also helps me broadcast newsletters to my clients and help capture leads on my website. I can maintain different mailing lists and client lists and make sure that I am nurturing the new leads that come in through my website or through other sources. What do you like best about Keap?

It works for me automatically when I am away from my desk. Automated emails are sent to my prospects and clients to ensure we are front of mind. I haven't been able to find another system that is better for what I need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Keap?

If you copy a campaign, you have to go through every sequence to turn it on. As a copy, you don't need to make too many changes, so it would be better if there was a quick complete button or equivalent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Keap?

The automated marketing Keap has in it's Max Classic version! Being able to think thru an entire process start to finish then execute on it is priceless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It can do a lot. Which means you need to know how to do a lot. Some of the features in the system can only be taken advantage of if you dont know what they are or how to use them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Keap?

With Keap, I like how easy it is to create email and text sequences, customize them with many tools, and how easy it is to track and drive insights from the results. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Keap?

I believe the user interface can be designed in a more simple way, there may be more shortcuts for the most used tabs. Other than these, I think everything is great :) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Keap?

Keap is a very powerful and diverse CRM software and does pretty much everything you would ever need your CRM to do for a better price than something like a Salesforce. After their UX redesign and rebranding (formally Infusionsoft) Keap retained all the power with a simpler interface. Keap also has great customer service and an extensive knowledge base for support so the answers to your question are never far from reach. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Keap?

Keap still falls short of some of the more popular CRMs, specifically Salesforce. While Keap has many features and a cleaner interface they still aren't as robust or popular as Salesforce. That being said Keap is much easier to navigate then something like a Salesforce so may be more appropriate for small and medium-sized businesses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Keap:

No matter the size of your organization if you are looking for a quality CRM at a good price with excellent customer service and room to scale as your business grows. Keap is a no-brainer because of its great pricing and an awesome team of customer support. They also give back and are constantly trying to make their platform better. The move from Infusionsoft to Keap is proof of how much the platform is continuously evolving for the better. Managing your customer database, segmentation, custom feilds all work great with Keap. Other benefits such as a robust email marketing interface and powerful invoicing tools make business alot easier and more efficient with Keap. You can manage 100s or 1000s of customers using Keap and even automate some of your reoccurring tasks. Keap is also made to scale. What do you like best about Keap?

Keap is becoming popular now a days, its good marketing suites for all small businesses and marketers. Its interface and UI is very user-friendly and customizable. Very well organize CRM software as compared to other competitors. I have been using it since it was formerly Infusionsoft. The automated process makes things more clear and fast forward . What do you dislike about Keap?

Occasionally it lags for some features have some bugs and glitches. Also, the need to add report automation features. I think they can easily improve in these areas. Overall, didn’t find any problem, if there will be problems, I think online tutorials will help me a lot. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Keap solving and how is that benefiting you?

I highly recommend to small business and marketing people to use Keap. If you use accurately, you can easily save your time. The price is also somehow manageable. We have been running this software for more than 2 years and are doing all the tasks directly from Keap no need to buy another marketing software. What do you like best about Keap?

It's got a lot of features to communicate in a variety of ways, stay ahead of tasks, and reminders to follow up. Much of this can be automated in a way to make you seem like a team of support when it's just a programmed journey through marketing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

One man powerhouse. I can do the tasks of multiple people by crafting the product to each customer journey. What do you like best about Keap?

I finally have the data I need to run my business. I know what my leads are doing and how my audience is interacting with our business and we can create a predictable customer journey for all of our leads and customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is a very robust platform, and it does take some specific knowledge to get started and to navigate, but, as the owner of the business, my limited understanding of the platform forced me to delegate the maintenance of the platform to my team, which gives me my time back. We know exactly how to improve our products and because of the reporting, we know what new products and services to create. The benefits are it's super easy to have the data I need to run my business, and I love seeing what's working and what's not. We never had that ability before we switched to Keap.
