What do you like best about Keap?

Before upgrading to Keap Max, I used the Pro plan. First, I was amazed and blown away by the skill, kindness, and promptness of the tech support team. If it wasn't for customer support, I wouldn't know how to use Keap. Next, I'm blown away by the Live weekly automation hour webinars. They are everything I've always wanted wrapped into one simple thing. Grady is fantastic, and the training is excellent! Then, the skill of the Keap developers is mind-blowing because they're constantly managing glitches and things that go wrong, as well as adding great new features. And, lastly, I appreciate the check-out feature in Keap Max because I'm gonna use it often, and it's easy to use. P.S.- the reporting features are superb. Tech support is too! What do you dislike about Keap?

I don't particularly like that we can't use emoj's in our weekly email broadcasts, and there isn't a bi-weekly recurring payment option. The bi-weekly recurring payment option would help gain new clients because I could substantially lower their upfront costs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Keap:

Before using Keap, get a designated notebook for note-taking during automation hour, use the plethora of learning resources available, ask questions, and be nice to tech support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Keap?

The scheduling app and extra phone number are the most helpful tools of this software for me personally. I think the functionality is smooth and easy to learn. You can keep track of tasks and clients in a clear and concise way with labels. The automatic payments that you can integrate with PayPal are helpful too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Keap?

The software is missing a lot of necessary customization and features to make it worth the price tag and ditching other business software. For instance, with the invoicing - it is irritating that invoices can't be customized to 1) look different than the generic layout provided and 2) writing the line items for the invoice is frustrating. As a designer for both graphic and web design, I like to write out descriptions of my hours, and there isn't a memo section on the item lines. It automatically sends invoice emails sometimes without any indication, which can come off as rude to clients without a follow-up email. I also can't even use the feature that tracks my Google reviews because, for whatever reason, my business doesn't show up in their search results. I can tell that in the future, this will be a great tool for me, especially because they are so coherent to feedback. However, right now, it feels a bit underdeveloped.

And most importantly - you will pay the price if you want to get out of this software. Don't be tricked into a year contract like I was. The "credits" they offered me that covered a month or so when I wanted to quit, later showed up in my mailbox from a debt collector. Super irritated with my entire experience with them. Recommendations to others considering Keap:

This software is expensive and all of its features can be done by other software for either free, or cheaper than $80 a month. Plus, the features it does provide didn't work how I needed them to. Also, requires a year contract to join, and you must pay for training sessions initially, unless you talk personally with customer service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Keap solving and how is that benefiting you?

I love thay Keap brings so many essential pieces of your business operations into one place -- Sales pipeline, CRM, invoicing, email marketing, phone, scheduled, and so much more.

I don't have any true complaints. Like with any software, there's room for improvement. I've seen the Q3 and Q4 roadmap and it's awesome! Many of the gaps are being addressed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We've streamlined our sales process and automated key steps so leads have an awesome experience. Keap makes it easy for clients to pay!

Keap also helps us more easily check in with leads and clients.

We have more visibility into our sales pipeline. We know exactly where leads are in the process and we didn't have that before.

What do you like best about Keap?

I like that automations are simple to set up and take hours off the work load by systematically delivering messages. If agents or clients use the automations that are allowed through the email it can really help take hours off of work per week. This system is more suited for clients so that you can also track revenue, accept payments, and create invoices. Their customer service is wonderful and always ready and willing to help with questions, billing or issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Keap?

The downside of Keap is the number of authorized users that the account can have. I have multiple managers and wish that my Pro version would support more admins. I wish they had a cheaper option if you weren't using it as a client management service and using it more for employee management. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Keap?

Keap is so easy to use and it works exactly as it says it should. Creates great automations and broadcast and plenty more besides. Great value for money and super training too. I had a few Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
