What do you like best about Keap?

We've found that Keap allows for a level of customisation and integration that far exceeds the competition. The automation capabilities are top notch. It's also a fraction of the cost compared to services like Hubspot that require upwards of £1,000 a month to access comparable features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Keap?

The UI for Keap Infusionsoft Classic is a little daunting at first, simply because of the number of things you can do with it. I think that is one area that could be improved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Keap:

Although Keap Infusionsoft has been a godsend, I don't think we would have been able to utilise it as well without the help of our Keap Partner - The Business Catalyst. Highly recommended. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We've used a Keap Partner called The Business Catalyst to help us with our customer journey mapping and automating things like appointments, sales, reminders and evergreen marketing. What do you like best about Keap?

Ease of use. It's very easy to create emails despite the fact there are some limitations. The ability to build campaigns is something we plan to delve into more over time as well, particularly drip campaigns. I'm impressed with what I've seen with regard to how robust campaigns can be, such that they can be made to achieve multiple goals or even layered goals. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Keap?

Inflexible email templates. I am very frustrated with the limitations of the Keap/Infusionsoft email templates. While it is very easy to build emails in Keap, the constraints placed upon the email presentation are frankly quite discouraging. Honestly, I can't believe any CRM would provide such inflexible templates in this day and age, with no option for word-wrapping around an image, more spacing than necessary between paragraphs, allowing for too much white space, and content blocks that can't be easily adjusted for a more appealing design and/or ideal widths. For as much as Infusionsoft is a step forward for us in terms of the capability to build campaigns and harvest important data for the purpose of targeting, etc., the limitations imposed on our email layouts and design are actually a step backward. As someone who hasn't gotten far with campaigns yet and who is constantly using Keap to build emails for other teams with specific desires with regard to how their emails look, this is extremely disappointing. These templates are behind the times by nearly 10 years. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Time savings and ease of use in building emails. Despite the limitations of the templates I described above, creating emails takes little time and is easy and straightforward to manage. What do you like best about Keap?

It has a lofty expectation to learn and adapt - however, whenever you have it down, it's astounding. I likewise wish the versatile application was somewhat more powerful. Like the web interface - it would be truly useful to have the option to accomplish more with crusades and get investigation and results in the portable application. I use it to stay in contact with my customers. The capacity to create various missions likewise assists me with broadcasting bulletins to my customers and assisting with catching leads on my site. What do you like best about Keap?

I have used Keap for over 5 years and it is like having an admin and marketing person sat in the office with me. It released at least two days a week for me. It was far more intuitive and easy to implement than the competitors I had moved from. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Keap?

I love the email broadcasts for scheduled emails to individual clients but I wish I could do this from within the contact's record and not have to do the whole search thing every time Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
