I love how fast, reliable, and low-effort Kaspr makes B2B contact discovery. The Chrome extension for LinkedIn is great—it allows me to pull verified work emails and direct phone numbers in one click, eliminating hours of wasted research. The accuracy of the data is a major plus, as it clearly labels verified emails, reducing our bounce rate and increasing our reply rate. The initial setup was extremely straightforward, and the tool's efficiency has become essential for my sales prospecting.

**What do you dislike about Kaspr?**

The biggest one for our team is that the free daily credits are pretty limited. If you’re doing high-volume outbound outreach, you’ll burn through them really quickly, and the paid plans can start to feel pricey if you need unlimited access for a whole team. It’s worth it for the data quality, but the credit system can be frustrating when you’re in the middle of building a large list. A few specific changes would help a lot: First, offer unlimited or high-volume credit tiers for sales teams that do consistent outbound work. Other tools in this space have flat-rate pricing without strict credit limits, and that’s much more predictable for budgeting and workflow. Second, combine email + phone retrievals into one single credit per contact instead of charging separately for each data point. Right now, getting a full profile can cost 2–3 credits per lead, which adds up quickly.

**What do you like best about Kaspr?**

I really like how fast, reliable, and frictionless Kaspr makes B2B prospecting. The Chrome extension is incredibly smooth, integrating perfectly with LinkedIn and Sales Navigator. One click right on a prospect’s profile, and I instantly get their verified work email and direct phone number. It's lightweight and easy, so our team started using it right away with no training. I appreciate the data accuracy too. Kaspr provides verified contacts, which has drastically reduced our bounce rates, saving us from wasting touches on dead leads. The initial setup was extremely easy—one of the simplest tools we’ve rolled out to our sales team.

**What do you dislike about Kaspr?**

First, the credit system can feel restrictive. Even on a paid plan, you burn through credits quickly, especially when doing bulk prospecting. Some competing tools include more unlimited features or more transparent credit usage, and we often find ourselves rationing credits instead of just prospecting freely. Second, data coverage isn’t 100%. It works great for most US‑based mid-market and enterprise contacts, but for smaller startups, founders, or more niche roles, it sometimes can’t find a direct phone or verified email. We still have to use a second tool here and there to fill those gaps.

I love using Kaspr to obtain key information during my business research and for persona creation. The search bar and persona creation are features that I particularly appreciate. Additionally, I value the accuracy of the data found and the ease of data management with Sales Navigator. The connection and management with Sales Navigator are also very convenient.

limit sometimes, I do not have unlimited search or sometimes the information needs to be corrected during calls.

I really like how Kaspr provides updated information. Unlike other platforms, Kaspr is on point with the correct information, which is incredibly useful. The extensions that come with Kaspr are really useful when exploring a lead, like on LinkedIn or an organization's website, because you get pop-up information about that lead. It's such a step ahead and makes the process much more efficient. Also, the initial setup of Kaspr was really easy, which was a big plus for me.

**What do you dislike about Kaspr?**

I would say the credit limitation just because it automatically draws a credit whenever you are looking at a lead. I would say that's the only area of improvement that would be required.

I use Kaspr for lead generation and prospecting. It provides updated, accurate contact information, unlike other platforms. The extensions that pop up on LinkedIn or my organization's website are really useful and a step ahead.

I use the free version of Kaspr, so it's very cost-effective. I like the fact that it integrates with LinkedIn, which lets me immediately see whether a contact has emails and phone numbers available, enabling me to get in touch without having to go into a separate application. Additionally, the initial setup of Kaspr was very easy for me.

It might be better if it had more phone numbers. Sometimes they're not always that accurate.

Kaspr helps me bypass calling through reception and lets me see if a contact has emails and phone numbers directly from LinkedIn, without switching apps.

The tool provides over 20 free credits, and when I installed the extension in Chrome, it worked exactly as promised. It delivered the precise leads I needed, which helped me successfully close several important roles through LinkedIn.

From my experience using Kapsr, I find that everything works well. The interface is user-friendly, and the sign-in process is smooth. At this point, I don't have any complaints.

It solves the problem like lead generation from LinkedIn without taking the premium version, off course i need to take the premium but after more than 20 free credits i used.
It's very useful and easy to use.

I subscribed and tried to cancel the subscription but there were no the way to unsubscribe. I asked the support but they started to say about this is against their policy. When they charged from my bank for a new month, I reached out to this support one more time on the chat that I don't use their tool, they refused to make a refund for the month that I didn't use at all. I'm going to submit this request to my bank. Anyway, this tool is terrible.

I like that it works right as a LinkedIn extension—it pops up on the side of my screen while I’m looking for new leads, which makes things feel super easy and natural.

**What do you dislike about Kaspr?**

What I really don’t like about Kaspr is how you have to earn credits just to keep searching for leads—it’s super annoying. On top of that, the contact info can sometimes be outdated or incomplete, which is a huge pain. And the trial gives you almost no credits. They should at least give 50 so users can actually get a feel for the tool before deciding if it’s worth it.

Kaspr really makes it easier to find accurate contact info for potential leads, especially in B2B. It takes the hassle out of tracking down emails, phone numbers, LinkedIn pages, and other details. Whether it’s struggling to identify leads or not having enough direct dials, Kaspr makes those problems a lot simpler to tackle. It’s all about getting the info you need quickly and without the headache.

It is simple to use for single use contact information that doesnt require a Sales Navigator subscription.

**What do you dislike about Kaspr?**

Kaspr bases everything off of REGULAR LINKEDIN URLS ONLY, which are impossible to scrape or access. It nearly impossible to do any sort of bulk enrichment and I'll explain why as I've basically wasted my subscription on Kaspr due to these issues. 

You cannot make lists on regular LinkedIn so I had to purchase Linked In Sales Nav to be able to make a list. I also had to purchase another tool to scrape Linked In URLS, meaning just to bulk enrich Kaspr I needed another $130 a month in subscriptions. 

I finally made a list in sales navigator of leads I wanted to download, but when I went to run it through Kaspr I ws given and error becasue Linked In Sales Nav URLS DO NOT work and just gave me an error. It also used 1 of my 3 "bullk enrichment" launches I have each month which is BS because it didnt work. 

So the point is, Kaspr is effectively useless, because you cant make a list on regular Linked In that any scraper will recognize, but if you make a List via linked in Sales Nav so that the scraper tools can pick them up in bulk, you cant upload it to Kaspr. It is legitmately completely useless unless you want to just scrape you own connectons from regular linked in, but prospecting new leads in bulk is quite literally impossible.

It allowed me to find phone numbers for people using their Linked In profile, but couldnt do it in bulk and was not benefiting me much given the data was quite bad.

The bulk enrichment feature you referred to is currently in its Beta stage as displayed over your dashboard, and as outlined in our Help Center, it is designed to accept only regular LinkedIn URLs at this time. We understand that this limitation can be challenging for users relying on Sales Navigator lists for prospecting.

However, we do offer a Sales Automation feature that allows you to scrape data directly from lead lists created in Sales Navigator without encountering these issues. This feature is designed specifically for users like you who leverage Sales Navigator for targeted prospecting.

From what I've seen so far the data for UK mobile numbers is better than it's main competitors.

Nothing so far! Although it can be annoying when the app's window gets in the way of buttons on the browser.

What I liked most about Ksper is that it has an extensive database which helps me complete my prospecting chart, it has a clear and easy-to-use interface, and its Chrome plugin is very useful.

I have no complaints about the program, I really liked it and it has helped me in my business management.

I just started to use Kaspr last week and it is very useful in my my work. Not only the data that I can get from Kaspr are accurate, but the back end to track my progress and the tools available are veny convenient and friendly to use. Im sure it would help me to increase my sales conversion  in the upcoming future and increase visiblity of my work in my company to my colleagues and boss.

**What do you dislike about Kaspr?**

Nothing so far. However a small pricing package would be appreciated for very small companies. The first paid subscription would be too much of a use for us (price too high) as I would be the only person to use.

I can get sales lead contact and increase contact % and first meeting %.

I tested several of the emails and phone numbers.

Majority 90% of phone numbers were personal home numbers (not cool) or registered to other people.  <10% had business phone numbers for business contacts and no direct numbers

Emails were about 50% accurate.

I looked up my personal data.  The email they had was for a company I left May 2015, it is now July 2024.  

PASSSSS!!!!
