I remember calling a prospect - and I got through to the Husband and former Husband of said prospect through their direct home dial. And a few cases of false numbers (contacts having changed their numbers), the database is not necessarily 100% up to date, but I would say 90-95% correct information. **What problems is Kaspr solving and how is that benefiting you?** the lack of response to email campaigns requires direct contact with the prospect by phone. Having access to their information allows for closer engagement and continuation of the multi-channel approach. However, phone numbers are often personal lines, so be careful, as this can sometimes be perceived negatively. ### 46.
