**What do you like best about Karmak Fusion?**

The system is fully integrated for all aspects of our business

**What do you dislike about Karmak Fusion?**

The reporting system leaves something to be desired, and many of the control functions are limited (either "on" or "off," without much flexibility).

**What problems is Karmak Fusion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It works well for our business overall and having a single integrated system helps our business processes.

**What do you like best about Karmak Fusion?**

We able to control accounts for repeating customers. We able to keep track of estimates  and work orders for the business . So will be able to write work order from our tablets 

**What do you dislike about Karmak Fusion?**

We have many issues with system always crashing from server issues 

**What problems is Karmak Fusion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping track of out customers accounts . We are also able to write work orders and as to estimates all from the system
