**What do you like best about Kapture CX?**

Kapture helps in seamless integration across platforms  and improves response times and team collaboration. It helps in ticketing workflows, dashboards, and reports  that are highly customizable, which helped us tailor the platform to our specific CX needs. It also helps in automated responses and reduces the manual works and lessens the resolution time.

**What do you dislike about Kapture CX?**

It gets logged out and UI delays are there in some times.

**What problems is Kapture CX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kapture is the ticketing tool which helps in resolving the queries and helps to provide resolution to a large population within a short span of time.

**What do you like best about Kapture CX?**

We’ve been using Kapture’s platform to modernize our customer service & the automation really helps us improve the efficiency. A cherry on the cake is the agility of the team and their keenness to keep innovating to introduce more relevant features. The support team is also very proactive and similarly, our experience with our account managers is also pretty great.

**What do you dislike about Kapture CX?**

We had requested for a few customizations initially which took longer than expected to be delivered. Recently, though, things have been more punctual and there’s little to complain about.

**What problems is Kapture CX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kapture has really helped us improve our agents’ productivity via their centralized ticketing dashboard and providing a unified view so that the agents get all information in one place only without switching windows. Their self-serve is very easy to implement and helps us deflect a considerable amount of tickets.

but some conquenses are there, like tagging any order its create confusion like only delivery date is visible order date only visible after opening the order.

It helps to creat the complait ticket faster and save a lot of time. It is linked with tellephant so its the best way to connect to the customer on chat. Multiple options lLink waiting, Quead, Resolved so that we can easily follow up the case. Getting the everday to months score.

Sometime it gets very slow while sending the messages. Sometime add mulltiple Cx at the same time.

I am using kapture for create a ticket of customer where we get a inbound calls from customer to dispose all the details with proper tagging of customer. it really help full and work very esy

Previously there was option to call customer direclty from kapture biut not sure why not there now.

Kapture is allowing us to keep a record of customer data and whaterver the conversation is having on inbound call with the customer

The solution has been very easy to use and the Kapture team is always available for support, 24*7. We've had some customizations also built around the core product with sophisticated integrations and Kapture team has been all ears on our requirements, concerns and delivered really well.

Their customer support and the account teams are great to work with and we did have good change management and onboarding experience. But a few more proactive webinars spread across the year or training sessions for new features would be a good initiative for Kapture

Its really disturbs & takes time to download the report sometime, but it usually happens when multiple reports are added in queue.

So avoid adding multiple reports in queue, if really wanted to download the within seconds.

**What do you like best about Kapture CX?**

The most important part of using kapture is that i can reply to the mail if it is makred over kapture directly using kapture. I can assign my ticket to someone else and vice versa. I can check the history of the tickets over a time period. I can merge all the tickets into one ticket. I can also mark any ticket as junk ticket. If there is some one from my team who is on leave then i can also work on his ticket by using kapture. I can see my tickets also and my team's ticket also over the kapture. Features like lunch break shift end login logout are also very helpful.

The only downside i would like to mention is that some times it takes very long time to reload or to close any ticket.

The main thing is that whenever any ticket is coming over kapture then it can be seen and worked by my team mates and my manager also. By this way, my manger can also help me out if i am doing the things correctly or not. And if i am on leave then in that case my team mates can work on my tickets.
