The impact was noticeable within the first month. A large portion of routine requests are now handled automatically, allowing agents to focus on more complex customer issues. Customers receive answers much faster, including outside business hours. Another feature that has been particularly useful is the automatic ticket summary generation. When a case is escalated to an agent, they can quickly understand the context without reviewing the entire conversation history.

**What do you dislike about Kanerika?**

Preparing our knowledge base required more effort than expected. Before deployment, we needed to review, update, and organize a large number of support articles to ensure accurate responses. The quality of the AI experience depends heavily on the quality of the underlying content, so organizations should plan time for this step.

I would recommend Kanerika to organizations using Zendesk or managing high support volumes. The ability to automate routine inquiries while maintaining existing workflows delivered value more quickly than we anticipated.

**What do you like best about Kanerika?**

The biggest strength was the speed of execution, combined with stability during the migration. A large portion of the workflow conversion was automated, which helped accelerate the project significantly. We were able to complete the migration faster than expected while keeping business operations stable throughout the process. We also reduced ongoing licensing costs after moving from UiPath to Power Automate, which added long-term value beyond the migration itself.

The FLIP platform has some UI limitations during the configuration phase. It is functional but not the most intuitive for a team reviewing the migration mapping for the first time. The Kanerika team walked us through it so it was not a real problem in practice.

If your organization is already invested in Microsoft 365 and looking to consolidate automation under Power Automate, Kanerika provides a structured and much faster migration path compared to rebuilding workflows manually.

We had built up nearly two years of UiPath automation across web processes, APIs, databases, Excel, Word, and Microsoft 365 workflows, and needed to migrate everything to Power Automate within a very aggressive timeline. Because many of these automations supported client-facing operations, minimizing disruption during the transition was critical. Kanerika used their FLIP migration framework to automate much of the workflow analysis, mapping, and conversion process.

The 99.9% data integrity during migration was the number that mattered most to us. We also saw a 30% improvement in processing speeds after going live. FLIP made the whole process much smoother as it handled automated validation and testing throughout, not just at the end. The team stayed hands-on through stabilization, not just until go-live.

The discovery and mapping phase took longer than we initially expected. There is quite a bit of upfront analysis required before the automation framework can fully kick in, so it is worth planning for that in the timeline. Not a major issue, but something future customers should be aware of.

If you are still running legacy SSIS workloads on-premises and planning to move to Microsoft Fabric, Kanerika makes the process significantly easier than rebuilding everything manually. For us, the reduction in infrastructure and maintenance overhead justified the investment.

The cost savings from removing the SSAS subscription were immediate. Near real-time refreshes changed how our team uses the data as work order tracking became an actual live feed instead of a lagging report. FLIP accelerated the migration and kept data integrity intact throughout the transition. Having the full stakeholder base on one platform finally gave everyone the same view.

The ERP integration required some back-and-forth with our internal IT team to align on data structures. That was not Kanerika's fault, but plan for extra coordination time if your ERP setup is customized.

We were paying recurring annual SSAS subscription fees without really owning the infrastructure. The reporting model refreshed hourly at best, which was too slow for operational decisions. My suggestion is to over-communicate during onboarding so they can fully grasp your culture, goals, and expectations. Once that foundation is set, usually within a couple of weeks, the implementation runs smoothly and the benefits become visible very quickly.

I like that they actually listened to what we were dealing with. flikshop has a lot of moving parts with sending photos and messages and we had data in so many places. they came in and just made it all talk to each other better. feels like they cared about the mission too which meant a lot

Sometimes the timezone difference slowed things down a bit. not a deal breaker but there were a few nights waiting on answers

They just get the chaos of dealing with lots of numbers. in our case it’s estimates, bids, costs all over the place. they figured out how to organize it so we’re not second guessing the info. i like that they don’t overcomplicate stuff

Only thing i will say is sometimes the setup took longer than i expected. not terrible but when you are in the middle of jobs every day even a week feels long

They didn’t waste time. first call they already had ideas on how to clean up the reporting mess we had. their team feels super sharp but also easy to talk to. they got our data actually flowing the right way between apps

sometimes i get a lot of “tech talk” in emails that i gotta ask them to simplify. they do explain it when i ask but i rather just plain language from the start

consigncloud is built for shops running consignments so we got tons of transaction data. it was piling up in different systems and our reports were not lining up right. kanerika built us a process that connects it all so now i can actually see real numbers without my team spending hours cleaning spreadsheets. makes our decisions way faster

they move fast and just get stuff done. our requests were all over the place but they listened. good at building custom apps and they know microsoft crm and business central. the team talks like normal people, not tech robots. they picked up our needs quick and kept sending updates so we knew things were moving.

A few times, deadlines slid a bit but they told us why and fixed it. overall small stuff compared to the work they did.

yes, i’d recommend them. if you need custom apps or microsoft crm/business central help they know what they are doing. thumbs up.

we run Human Capital Strategies and we had  hr info in a bunch of places, manual spreadsheets, emails, hard to track candidates and clients. Also we use Kanerika for data and analytics and needed that data to come into one place. Kanerika built a custom app that ties our crm to business central and pulls Kanerika reports in. now we can find candidate history fast, bill clients easier, and run simple reports in minutes. less time on data entry, fewer mistakes, and my team can focus on clients not spreadsheets. that saved us real time and headaches.

they made our reports actually useful. before i had to chase numbers from 10 different people and 5 different spreadsheets. now it’s all in one dashboard. i can check how each estate sale or location did without waiting days. feels like i finally know what’s going on in real time.

setup took longer than i thought. they wanted to dig into every little detail about how we track sales and inventory. i get why, but it was a lot upfront. once it was running though, i stopped caring about that.

We used to waste hours every week just trying to figure out numbers. franchise owners would send reports in different formats, some missing info, some late. Kanerika built a system that pulls all that together, cleans it, and shows me clear trends. now i can compare locations, spot what sells best, and plan better for big weekends. it saves me time and helps us run smarter.

They're fast to jump in and they actually get our data problems. we had data all over the place, slow reports, no real dashboards. Kanerika set up a clean data pipeline and dashboards that our sales team can use right away. they talk plain, not just tech words, and they delivered stuff that works.

They can be a bit heavy on process at first, lots of meetings and docs. i get why, but i wished they moved to hands-on work a little sooner. also some timelines shifted when we added more sources, but they were honest about it.

yes, I recommend Kanerika if you have lots of data and no clean way to use it. they know BI and big data and will help you get usable dashboards.

we build SaaS apps so our data was in 5 places and reports took days to make. Kanerika helped us merge the data, build ETL, and put everything in a modern cloud stack so queries run fast. now our weekly reports finish in minutes, we find bugs faster, and sales sees real numbers instead of guesses. they also helped with a Databricks-style setup and cloud integration which fit our scale. that saved us hours and money and made our product look better to clients.

They’re good at explaining. Since I’m not technical working with them has taught me a lot because they made technology and behind the scenes stuff easy to understand. So we could have fewer technical staff.

Thanks to Kanerika for helping us to modernise. We use the internal portals they created for our dealer and customer bases to improve the two solutions they built for us as we grow. As for process, we start with a meeting where we define our goals, whether it’s to improve an existing solution or a new one. We communicate back and forth to arrange things and we look to them for direction and insight and what they’ve seen and what they think is best for us.

We wanted a platform to build long term relationships between organisations and their immediate and future needs and candidates who may want to explore opportunities now or build a relationship for a future opportunity. Kanerika worked with our team to understand our changing requirements and delivered technical solutions incrementally using an agile approach. Organisations can store and update their profiles, job requirements and track each hiring process.

The Kanerika team helped us create online meeting capabilities to meet with candidates online, view video profiles and message. All these online features are great for our application but what makes our solution unique is that all these are tied to the candidate profile, hiring position organisational needs and overall organisational profile. This creates a strong bond and trust between the organisation and the candidate.

The assessments of our clients were once manually recorded using a pen and paper. We required an electronic/online solution because this process was time-consuming, laborious, prone to errors, and hard to track.

We needed a system with the right workflow, user-friendly interface, and required security to make sure that clients' summary evaluations are recorded on time, shared with the primary physician as soon as feasible, and referred back to when needed. The psychologists in our team has the capability to securely access the system from any location, store their signatures securely, digitally store the assessment summaries, and consult them as needed.

Kanerika Inc. developed and implemented Power BI project for us. We also wanted 5 personal dashboards. The first stage was to discuss the architecture of the system they created and implemented. Then each dashboard was developed and tested against the reconciliation dashboard to ensure reports and KPIs were correct. The last stage was our staff training to use the interactive dashboards and even clone new ones from the system implemented.
