From an admin point the system is easy to set up and maintain and the online and in person support is excellent. A lot of video learning before you go live. I also like how there are regular updates to the system to keep it looking slick and working well. We are kept up to date with changes and upcoming new features. There's a very well thought out academy for admins to upskill on using the system. Easy to upload courses and we can upload a range of multemedia (PDF's, video's, SCORM files etc). **What do you dislike about Kallidus Learn?** Some email templates can't be edited to make more sense to our business or use our business tone of voice (accreditation etc) The kudos comms can't be changed. The way courses are laid out can appear bulky and overwhelming if they have lots of lessons in - there is no way of segmenting these down or ordering them for users. You can't assign catalogues of learning to people. It doesn't integrate with google in the same way it integrates with Microsoft so this causes challenges for us with events. You have to log into the app everytime you use it. **What problems is Kallidus Learn solving and how is that benefiting you?** We've managed to put all of our risk training and certificates in one place for compliance reviews. Everyone knows where they are up to with their learning with automatic reminders set up. It has helped towards creating a learning culture within the business. People are thinking of including training and learning in projects and asking for our Kallidus expertise. We use it as a booking tool for charity days and can easily pull records and know how much they are being used by employees. ### 44.
