Most competitors provide either a rigid set of templates, or they require working with developers to build completely custom sites with little direct control. Their platform gives us the perfect balance of control/customisability whilst also having a comprehensive set of standard features that can be configured with ease. However, sometimes we aren't aware of this as it comes out and the training documentation can lag behind these new opportunities to improve the way we use the platform. **What problems is Kademi solving and how is that benefiting you?** When building these sorts of programs, the main problem is trying to balance bespoke functionality with budget/timing constraints, all while trying to ensure the program is easy enough to manage well long term. We are a small business and feel we get the same attention as their larger customers. They help with whatever we need, from client calls to design suggestions. The product is simple to use, as you can set many things up with just a drag and drop. **What do you dislike about Kademi?** In my opinion, there is very little to dislike. The one thing that could be improved upon in the product is to be able to customize more on what information shows up on the invoice feature. **What problems is Kademi solving and how is that benefiting you?** Kademi provides us with an amazing platform for our clients to use for tracking their points for Loyalty and Rewards. The site is used to promote monthly incentives, point promotions, and upcoming events.
