**What do you like best about K-Hosting by Akoova?**

The onboarding process was very smooth, the transition from our old supplier seamless
Live operation has been excellent, the Akoova team are very proactive, very engaged with our internal team and other partners.
Proactive management of the platform to align to our very seasonal global  business has really helped ensure the site performs.
People of course make a business, can't recommend the team enough, always a pleasure.

**What do you dislike about K-Hosting by Akoova?**

To date the relationship has been perfect, nothing I'd change so far.

**What problems is K-Hosting by Akoova solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our business is seasonal, but tourism, so unpredictable, especially post pandemic.
The proactive nature of the team ensure there are no performance blips.
We use them as our 'internal' hosting team, they fill a gap we could never fill without lots of expensive internal hires.

Simplicity. They are experts in their field and do exactly what they say they are going to do. If you want the best Magento hosting look you are in the right place

**What do you dislike about K-Hosting by Akoova?**

We have used Akoova for 4 years and hid neatly haven't had 1 issue. This is very rare in todays e-commerce world
