What do you like best about Justworks?

- Software is easy to use and setup as either an admin or user.

-It is the most cost-effective,with the best benefit offerings for my employees and also allows me to have the most control of all of my employee's data.

-It notifies me of any status changes like salary increasement and promotions.

-This tool is also very secure and i recommend it! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Justworks?

-No complains here! Software is really great since its constantly being upgraded and also they take feedback from users and implement quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Justworks solving and how is that benefiting you?

-The payment tool helps me to schedule,stop,add and view history when it comes to payment.

-The customer support team are incredibly responsible and willing to find a solution to any issue that we have thus making my staff find it simple and intuitive to use.

-Their services of handling all the filling and calculations for payroll are always satisfying and allows my company to offer''big company'' benefits.

-The breakdown of all fees and taxes is very transparent in the system which allows me to produce accurate reports for the management with minimal effort. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Justworks?

I have loved how user friendly Justworks is. For the HR team, the finance team, for managers, and for all employees. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Justworks?

The only thing I have found challenging is that as an admin I have limited access to employee benefit information and therefore have to work direclty through Justworks/Aetna instead. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Justworks solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are a remote company operating in 14 different states. Justworks seamlessly takes care of all the compliance related items involved in onboarding/offboarding, tax set up, workers comp, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's simple and not overcrowded. The one time I used customer service it was increibly fast and helpful Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Justworks?

I've onnly worked for a couple companies, but Justworks is thus far my favorite HR software I have used as an employee. I can check my paystubs from the mobile app, I can easily request time off, and always check the company org chart! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Justworks?

I love that everyting is in one place, including Medical, 401k, Vision, Dental...in one place. I can request and view my days off.

I can see contacts from other coworkers and their position and supervision; which makes it easier for me to know who to contact depending what I need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Justworks?

The 401k was set up automatically without my knowledge and I could not enroll in Dental/vision plan after a certain time. I know it is aopen enrollement, but usually Dental and Vision plans are open all year round. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Justworks solving and how is that benefiting you?

Having my days off listed and recorded. I can request days off and everyone can see my days off and I do not need to remind them.

I can check my payrolls and know they day I will be paid Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
