Working with a PEO has done wonders for our company that has only remote employees in various states. They handle all of our paperwork, and also our 1099s etc so we never need to worry. The platform also makes it easy to provide numerous benefits and to create policies for vacation, sick leave etc.

Justworks is a easy operating program and it is quite simple to navigate. I tried on both side as a emolyee and as a controler. For employee side it is very simple and self explenetory.
