I appreciate how easy it is to set up new employees in Justworks, as well as edit current details. We can add benefits easily and Justworks will put together a one-sheeter with them and provide a link or PDF. You can learn the major functions of Justworks in a one-hour session, and our account mamager is always available to answer more complex questions. I like how simple everything is. The customer support I received when I had a tax mistake (on JustWorks' end) was solid. The UI is incredibly easy to understand. Payments and time-off are very clear. I really like Aetna & the benefits that Justworks offers. I feel that the platform is very secure with 2FA & uses best principles. No major complaints. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I really disliked Slavik as a 401k service, but Justworks is changing to Empower so I'll wait and see. My other investments are with Fidelity, but it's not a big deal to me.
