I feel like the onboarding process could have been a little bit longer, so we had tailored assistance for a little longer. I wish that there were additional and differing permissions levels for admins, so that we could better tailor permissions of admins to exactly what each role needs to see/have access to. The payroll processing for off-cyle needs is lacking. There is a 4-5 day turn around for manual payments, putting us in a tough spot for terminations as a California-based company.

Our account rep can be difficult to track down and even direct emails result in a generic "thanks, we got your email" response.

Tracking benefits can be taxing and time consuming and reporting is not exactly intuitive.

Training is difficult to manage/track and the compliance training catalog is limited.
