They have also helped us in obtaining our ERTC refund and their platform makes the hiring process simple and seamless.Justworks is a platform designed to simplify the HR, payroll, and benefits process for our small business. One of their main selling points is their affordable health insurance options, which can be a major concern for many companies. With Justworks, businesses have access to a range of healthcare plans at competitive prices. Justworks' platform also streamlines the hiring process. This is particularly helpful for our small business that does not have a dedicated HR department or resources to manage the hiring process. No schedule to see who works when. System doesn't support 24/7 operations - won't allow PTO on the weekends or holidays. Holiday pay rates have to be calculated manually. PTO for holidays has to be added manually, or you have to remove the holiday from your system set up. Termination process is not linked up to the final pay for the employee. Reporting is limited to 6 months period, instead of full year (timetracking). **What problems is Justworks solving and how is that benefiting you?** It calculates payroll and taxes for us, for multiple states. ### 9. Requesting PTO is simple, and having an org chart with everyone's contact information is really helpful. PTO logging and requesting. Expense filing. It makes it very easy to see my paystubs and W2s and it's easy to request PTO and file expenses. The PTO and expense filing system replaces more burdensome systems that we used to use, plus it makes it much easier to track. Prior to using Justworks, we had no way to track out paystubs. ### 39. As a manager, I use it weekly to approve time off and check schedules. I also love how it integrates with our calendaring system. **What do you dislike about Justworks?** It's the perfect weight for our size company, but it's not a "kitchen sink" platform. Also being able to run payroll internally is great. We did not run our own with our old PEO and it caused many issues that switching the Justworks has resolved.
