Before you pick up the phone, know what you want to accomplish. I am shocked at how many of my colleagues don't know what they want to accomplish. They pick up the phone, and they want an SEO guru to wave a magic wand and make everything right. Justwords can only do so much. When we started with Justwords a couple of years ago, they did a little bit more for us than what they’re doing right now, but their real strength was in SEO.
