**What do you like best about Juro?**

The customer service is excellent and the platform is improving rapidly. Juro really listens to their customers!

**What do you dislike about Juro?**

For us it would be fab to have CS support for US hours as well. The service is not super intuitive at first try but you learn quickly as a user

**What problems is Juro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

From gdoc+word+pdf+emails+slack to an all in one contract solution has really helped us with transparency and speed.

I love using Juro in my day to day renewals management, has removed a lot of hurdles and enables greater efficiency for the team

Nothing to note, i think the notifcations sometimes dont work which is a shame

Nothing relevant to mention. As a suggestion, maybe Juro could let the person creating the document know if a party opened the document.

I love how I can build various templates with smart fields that can capture different data points AND have it hooked up with slack and our drive

The UI is a bit plain – would love to see Juro's brand come alive a bit more

**What problems is Juro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I no longer have to export PDFs from Google Docs and put them in DocuSign to then find out a revision needs to be made, which encourages human error

**What do you like best about Juro?**

The ease in which you can create contract templates, issue contracts, and simplify the journeys for commercial teams to raise contracts using smart fields. The reporting of structured data and the time-based actions to notify on key events is well captured as part of the client management cycle. Equally, the team is very client engaging, allowing you to have conversations on product improvements and they do listen!

**What do you dislike about Juro?**

The track changes and editor can do with some updates. Otherwise nothing to dislike.

**What problems is Juro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We wanted to create a self-service for our commercial teams in which they didn't always have to rely on Legal to be involved in the process. We achieved this with Juro and works really well.
We have subsequently developed the same customer-focused solution for HR Department using Juro for employment and share option-related documents. The slight gamification element to add graphics and legal design is a cool feature. 
The turn around times and the structured data we've been able to deal with in Juro has meant increased conversion and better contract management.

**What do you like best about Juro?**

Juro is great at making contract negotiations go more smoothly. It's easy to get started and include multiple people in an individual contract negotiation (client, lawyer, colleagues, etc.). If the client is old-school and wants to write their contracts in word, no problem, you can import and export it, so you can accommodate their process but keep all your contracts in the same place.

**What do you dislike about Juro?**

My only criticism is that Juro lacks a small business plan. It's a big step up from the free to the lite plan.

**What problems is Juro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Juro is fantastic at solving painful contract negotiations where there is a lot of back and forth with the client. It also keeps everything in one place, so you know where to find all your contracts. There are also features for managing contract lifecycle and keeping track of what has been signed and by whom.

simplicity - and not needing lots of copy-pasting. Simple, elegant, easy to use - basically that is all you need form creating contract and sending to your client.

**What do you dislike about Juro?**

no downsides - everything is perfect....

**What problems is Juro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

easy to send to multiple customers, they  enter their business details info themselves - juro helps to save time for manager. All is needed from manager side - email, phone number, name and surname (and all of those fields appear automatically from drop down menu).

**What do you like best about Juro?**

Juro completely lifted the burden off our legal team by empowering our Sales team to handle the majority of small business contracts from start to finish.  The ability to collaborate across teams with full transparency is also a great benefit and has contributed to knowledge sharing between Sales and Legal.  The Legal team had full confidence in the process of contract issuance and signing. Customers also seemed very keen to adopt Juro as a way of negotiating and agreeing contracts and any points of negotiation were managed directly by Sales or triaged to Legal with ease.

**What do you dislike about Juro?**

There are still some useability aspects of Juro that could be improved for larger legal documents, like formatting issues when moving documents between platforms and cross-referencing of clauses. As a legal team, we would have liked the ability to see all changes marked up in the document in a cumulative way to help with deal memory. Sometimes it was also difficult to distinguish whether internal comments were visible externally. Having said that, the Juro CS team is responsive to feedback and were completely helpful throughout the entire journey.

**What problems is Juro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Juro has helped with the speed of contracting, saving the legal team time to allow them to focus on higher-risk deals. On the flip side, the Sales team feels they are in greater control of their contracts and have better visibility over the contracting process.  The time to close a small business contract was reduced from 2-5 days to 0-2 days.

Juro combines contract editing with signatures to create a market-leading product.

**What do you dislike about Juro?**

The UI is more complex than competitors but partly because there are more features.

**Recommendations to others considering Juro:**

Juro is most useful when used across teams and when making use of its native editor. If requirements are limited to just e-signatures then it may not be the best tool for this.

**What problems is Juro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Juro can greatly enable Sales teams, HR, Marketing, and Legal functions as prime examples. This, combined with useful integrations, makes for an overall fantastic product suite.

Juto has empowered our teams to generate their own contracts from approved templates in a seamless fashion. The advantage with Juro is that any requested changes to contracts can be made quickly using its native editor. It also provides for approval and signatory controls. Templates can be made even more powerful with smartfields and conditional clauses. This allows companies to focus on actioning business rather than being held up by legal review. 

A bonus is the ability to import MS Word and PDF documents to execute documents that are not signed on the platform. Recent features like multi-action are very useful for HR teams in particular that need to issue multiple contracts to employees. The use cases can extend to any document that might need to be signed and modified.

Not many downsides to using Juro - the Juro team is always working to add new valuable features to the software, which is great!

Juro has allowed us to reduce bottlenecks and shorten delays in the contract life cycle.  It also allows better communication between our teams, which is so important.

**What do you like best about Juro?**

That it gives me an online alternative that is very easy for my clients, for my new very small business and lets me have 50 contracts a year for free.

**What do you dislike about Juro?**

It was not wicked intuitive on the setup, BUT, the customer service was really great.  A lot of different people and a lot of different tutorials helped this middle aged, not super techy person, figure it all out and get started.

**What problems is Juro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I had a simple liability release contract for a small online personal training business and it was a big hurdle for potential clients to either print and sign and send back or fill out electronically.  Juro lowered this big hump for my clients, and though it was hard for me, it made it very easy for them.  I know that I have gotten more follow through from my clients because of this.

Their solution is flexible to our needs and contracts, and they're great at taking on board feedback for future development.

We've started exploring integrating Juro with our other platforms and internal systems, but it's not quite as seamless as their original solution.  They're working with us though to enhance this.

We've created a workflow that is scalable, quicker, automated and allows other teams to self-serve their contracts.  For a small legal team this is essential and has saved us so much time.

There's a huge range of options out there for contract management solutions, but the speed at which we could set up and start using Juro gives it a signficant advantage. We've since started using it as a full contract database, enabling us to word search all contracts and add relevant tags to enable us to find relevant contracts far quicker than we could be trawling through G-Drive. They are still growing and are very receptive to feedback and I'm sure the feature set will only get better and better.

Faster contract signing and greater oversight of contracting process (from the point of view of a legal team)

**What do you like best about Juro?**

The layout and structure of Juro mean it is accessible and highly user-friendly. It can be used by both I.T confident people and those who are unfamiliar with tech systems.

**What do you dislike about Juro?**

I'm yet to find anything that I dislike. Sometimes small practicalities are flagged, but the Juro team works hard in their updates to resolve these issues. Nothing has ever remained an issue for longer than a couple of weeks.

Generic agreements can be drafted and arranged a lot quicker due to the 'template' function and the 'duplicate' function.

Easy to learn, intuitive GUI, anyone can use it without training. The Q&A function is amazing and let me as a legal person focus on contracts which actually require my expertise in draftning and negotiating.

The smartfields have confusing titles, but I am confident that a quick message to the excellent Juro support will sort that out.

**What problems is Juro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The old bottle-necks with NDA:s and consulting agreements are handled much more efficient. It is easy to change a template globally with one go-to point, for example when new case-law or legislation is adapted.

Much better oveview and users are handling their contracts with more confidence.

It has really helped us streamline our processes and save time. We have to produce a lot of contracts and we have a small team so really helps us when time is so precious. Their support is great and they are always bringing out new features.

Takes a little bit of time to learn the ins and outs of the platform but the team is always on hand to help if you get stuck. Once you learn all the features it is completely self-service.

The product is simple, easy to use and largely intuitive. The team is a delight to work with - they take time to get to know you and your particular challenges which you need Juro to solve. We have regular check-ins in which they take onboard our feedback and any feature recommendations we may have. The progress on these requests are tracked and the status consistently updated so that things never slip through the cracks.

Not much, mainly related to missing features such as the ability to respond to comments and better differentiation between user statuses and rights.

The complete contract lifecycle management problem, in one easy-to-use platform. Juro has been a game-changer for our business.

The whole platform is great, form creating templates to tracking the lifecycle of a contract agreement until it is signed.
Importing contracts into the platform is a huge bonus so you can keep everything in 1 place.

**What do you dislike about Juro?**

In all honesty, nothing, I have no complaints.

**Recommendations to others considering Juro:**

First 2 users are free so it's great for small businesses to use as they are building their business.

**What problems is Juro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to edit contracts so easily, make notes and see when the client has viewed and signed is amazing. No need to edit documents and exporting pdf's to then manually email to clients, you can do everything in the platform.

Very customizable with constant updates. Customer support is really attentive and solves all issues without delays.

**What do you dislike about Juro?**

The only thing I’d improve is the statistics, however they are adding new features very often. Besides that, I’d say all is good, even cross-platform usage.

**What problems is Juro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Much faster to acquire new customers, especially during COVID-19 pandemic with remote work. Also, team mates can easily pick up others’ work when needed. Juro’s integration options are huge so by integrating it with other platforms we managed to automate a lot of processes which saves us hours on weekly basis.

It's enabled my revenue team to generate and negotiate contracts quicker and also give me visibility of where contracts are being stuck

**What do you dislike about Juro?**

Nothing so far - maybe it'd be great for there to be more analytics on the "contract upload" feature.
