Up until now, workplace wellbeing and benefits have not worked. They were too rigid, not inclusive, and not tailored. That might be a massage every month, a new piece of tech, plants to liven up their work area, snacks - the list goes on literally indefinitely. In recent months, Juno has also added the ability to process reimbursements for purchases that you make with a personal card. You upload a receipt and the reimbursement amount, pay a small processing fee, and your points are converted to a deposit in your account in a few days time. **What do you dislike about Juno: flexible benefits, limitless possibilities®?** Juno has a lot of items on their market that are specifically catered to what appears to be western Europe, and these items aren't necessarily available in another country. They address this by creating a "Juno Card" which is a virtual credit card to buy anything you'd like at any shop you'd like. In recent months, the storefront for users in the USA has mostly disappeared, which causes you to rely almost exclusively on reimbursements and the Juno Card. **What problems is Juno: flexible benefits, limitless possibilities® solving and how is that benefiting you?** There's a constant question for both the employee and employer about what types of perks are worth having and which ones are a waste. Juno let's the employer identify the amount of money they'd like to offer towards those perks, and the employee is able to figure out how they want to spend that budget. ### 2. “Simply the best” **Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Jack C. | Business Development Representative, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** January 12, 2022 **What do you like best about Juno: flexible benefits, limitless possibilities®?** The ability to not only use my Juno points on their super user friendly website for numerous things such as wellness packages, financial advice, meal plans, nutrition advice etc BUT actually the ability to request a virtual online card that enable me personal freedom on how I would like to spend my Juno points I.e. I have it linked to my Taxi App so I basically now never have to pay for my travel expenses (Juno does) I had a question regarding the transfer of Juno points on a Sunday. I sent a message and I was replied to within 5 mins or so in the evening on a weekend which I just thought was absolutely amazing! **What do you dislike about Juno: flexible benefits, limitless possibilities®?** Hard to pick anything to be honest and there isn't much that comes to mind when thinking about this question. One thing however, it would probably be the best rewards or employee benefits tool if you could have a physical card or even have the ability to potentially invest in stocks using Juno points or even have the ability to do direct debits for things like investing. I really cannot fault it. Not sure if they have it or not but a mobile app would also be great and the ability to view my virtual banking details a little easier. **Recommendations to others considering Juno: flexible benefits, limitless possibilities®:** 100% do it or at least give it a try there's nothing else like it that I've heard of anyways. **What problems is Juno: flexible benefits, limitless possibilities® solving and how is that benefiting you?** Paying for my transport, having an extra source of income that allows me to personally decide where and when I spend it, knowing I have a reoccurring monthly company top up gives me great excitement (also makes competitions in work worth while when I know I have a "cash bonus" up for grabs potentially & then the ability to actually store and save them with out have the pressure of them running out (like some vouchers/ gift cards do these days) ### 3. It is an excellent solution for international teams and encourages the well-being and personal development of employees. Juno is part of my life now, and I enjoy it! **What do you dislike about Juno: flexible benefits, limitless possibilities®?** The offer varies a lot depending on the countries of the users, which is understandable, but the fact that there is a visa card practically eliminates this "negative point". **What problems is Juno: flexible benefits, limitless possibilities® solving and how is that benefiting you?** I just used the visa card: to buy something I already wanted, but ended up putting it off because it wasn't essential, things I needed to learn new skills, which turned into new hobbies, meals at uber eats even! But I can't wait to use my Juno Points to purchase an activity. ### 4. Juno allows for wellness to mean so much more. For one person, this could be about getting help with childcare, and for another this could mean gaining access to courses on financial literacy. The company itself also has strong values championing diversity, distributed teams, and work-life balance. **What do you dislike about Juno: flexible benefits, limitless possibilities®?** While there is little to dislike about Juno, there is room for improvement in how wellness-related activities are refunded. Currently, refunds have to be completed through a wire transfer, which can lead to banking fees being charged for international wires. However, using their wellness credit card online helps. **What problems is Juno: flexible benefits, limitless possibilities® solving and how is that benefiting you?** Juno helps me take care of myself; it's great knowing there's a budget provided by Juno and my employer each month to help cover any wellness-related costs! Juno is also fantastic at introducing its members to exciting new products and services (such as plants delivered to your door!) ### 5. I've been able to use them for a variety of both on-platform options, as well as reimbursements for items that are not supported. Since I've been on the platform since February/March, I've seen noticeable improvements and positive changes! They're constantly adding new items and making the product better. **What do you dislike about Juno: flexible benefits, limitless possibilities®?** Reimbursements don't store your banking details, which maybe is for a safety reason, but it can be a minor inconvenience to re-input banking details each time you request a reimbursement. **What problems is Juno: flexible benefits, limitless possibilities® solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use it to equalize benefits & perks in an organization of 300 people across 50 countries! ### 6. At the moment, you rely on members of the Juno team doing that for you. **What problems is Juno: flexible benefits, limitless possibilities® solving and how is that benefiting you?** Workplace benefits have always been impossible to personalise, it's difficult to offer everyone in the team equal value. With Juno I get this right off the shelf and employees at our business love it. ### 8.
