Juno Journey Pros and Cons

Been working with Juno over a year and still can't find a fully functional feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

1) All (seriously, ALL) of their features will have a bug and they will say they're really sorry but will never fix it. You just have to manage a fix yourself.

2) Their videoconference feature is so bad that even they don't use it. Their support sessions are via Google Meet.

3) Integrations are non existent, so be ready to use embed codes (best case scenario) and authoring tools you will never be able to integrate with Juno.

4) Want to test a course before launching it? No way.

5) You launched a course and want to edit something -maybe just a small typo-? Nope.

6) If you want to create a course using ONLY Juno, it's gonna be plain text (an maybe emojis, if you're having a good day). So I'd choose wordpress instead.

7) Need a copy of a course? No way. If they're not working correctly -which is a standard- or if you need a plan B, you better build the course somewhere else AND THEN add it to Juno.

8) Need live support? Grab a mirror!

Really, I've used and implemented multiple LMS at this point and Juno is, by far, the worst. Don't waste your money, time and peace of mind with this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
