Jumio is still growing and developing product. But progress always goes together with bugs and issues. The most significant one happened a couple of weeks ago. One day Jumio team fully changed parameters for one request without sending us a notification about this. We spent half of a day developing, testing and deploying a hotfix but noticed that they rolled back after our request letter.
