A harmonious combination of individual care and expertise is used to provide a wealth of knowledge without making constant sales pitches. **What do you dislike about Joveo?** In comparison to some other job advertising sites, Joveo might be somewhat pricey, especially for small organisations or those with tight recruitment budgets, anyways great things comes with a budget. **What problems is Joveo solving and how is that benefiting you?** Job listings help us to broadcast to a wide range of consumers through various channels thanks to Joveo's large network of employment sites and social media platforms. This tool becomes more potent when campaigns and optimizations are simple to administer. **What do you dislike about Joveo?** The Pricing plans are slightly high as compared to the other platforms, though they have a great after-sales service team which is always ready to assist you. I cannot find so many other problems **What problems is Joveo solving and how is that benefiting you?** So we always need campaigns for our hiring initiatives and used to incur a lot of costs around this segment. But after bringing Joveo into our business, it saved us a lot of cost along with ease of business. ### 4. The business is built on The Joveo partnership recently expanded to launch a sourcing CRM ontop of programmatic advertising into our business. The implementation was seemless: ongoing & proactive communication, Joveo takes the time to understand what your job advertising goals are and tailor a solution to meet your needs on an ongoing basis. On a weekly and monthly basis, goals are assessed and calibrated to deliver success. When ideas/solutions are offered, our Customer Success Manager brings in the best subject matter expert on the Joveo side to understand and propose ideas that align with your business, data, and candidate experience needs. **What do you dislike about Joveo?** Nothing. The client service process that Joveo implements solves issues that arise quickly and thoroughly. They are fully open to feedback and making changes when and where needed. **What problems is Joveo solving and how is that benefiting you?** Problems: Consistent applicant flow nationally and creative solutions to locations and job titles that are challenged. Benefits: overall quality applications and publisher diversity that is driving results in our harder-to-fill roles. In addition, my Customer Success Manager continues to work with her team to bring new options and solutions to the table upping our game month over month. ### 8. However, they do not deliver. So...what I like best is their idea. Execution? Big fail. **What do you dislike about Joveo?** Setting up our partnership with Joveo was extremely complicated and very trying. The integration with our current ATS, Greenhouse, was wonky and sensitive. It broke at every turn. The Joveo customer service team is terrible. They are slow to fix problems, don't have clear SLAs, were unable to recommend best practices, and have made promises they could not fulfill. **What problems is Joveo solving and how is that benefiting you?** Ideally, they would have aggregated our job postings and sent them to different job sites. Unfortunately, they are not solving this problem and managing their work has taken a lot of my team's time. ### 9. The product centralises all the sponsored activity onto one platform, making it very efficient to campaign manage all our campaigns. The CSMs have been exceptionally great, in being proactive with recommendations or suggestions, which is massively appreciated as we feel valued and taken care of plus this helps us deliver a great ROI for our clients. **What do you dislike about Joveo?** Budgeting feature, if they could introduce scheduling for budgets that would be great. **What problems is Joveo solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use it as a channel to attract potential candidates to the different roles we have. The ability to have one central platform that allows us to sponsor a variety of roles to multiple job boards has been a tremendous benefit. ### 11. The communication is regular and you always feel well looked after. We also appreciated the help from Sundeep around certain problems we were facing with our XML feed. Joveo are always on the ball and make it an easy process! **What do you dislike about Joveo?** The dashboard could be better, it takes a long time for the report to become downloadable, also the costs don't appear immediately for us on the dashboard. **What problems is Joveo solving and how is that benefiting you?** Joveo is able to reach a strong network of publisher under one solution and improve the number of candidates to help our client achieve their hiring needs ### 12. At the end of the day that's all that matters. Additionally, they were very responsive - if our budget increased or if we needed to drive more leads quickly, Joveo was able to do so almost immediately. They were very easy to work with, with regular touchpoints to make sure we were reaching our objectives. **What do you dislike about Joveo?** The cost model is a CPA (cost per application) model that isn't very flexible. If we needed to change our target CPA (to control spend or cost per qualified applicant), there was a long lag time before it would be effective, with unknown impact to volume. The reporting is also very rudimentary, and if you want to export the data into your own data warehouse for reporting purposes that might take some additional time. **What problems is Joveo solving and how is that benefiting you?** We were trying to attract qualified skilled labor applicants at scale, which Joveo delivered on. ### 13. The columns and data points are customizable to that each user can see the most relevant information to them. **What do you dislike about Joveo?** Some ways of slicing the data into certain ways can be a little challenging to do within the dashboard and therefore downloading custom reports may be necessary to gather details information. **Recommendations to others considering Joveo:** Joveo's team is incredible and they are an excellent partner in answering questions and offering support in a timely manner. **What problems is Joveo solving and how is that benefiting you?** Joveo allows us to execute campaigns across many publishers while managing a total budget in a single place and eliminating the need to login individually to each job board vendor's own platform. When an inevitable hiccup occurs, the support and accounts team of Joveo offer a quick and effective resolution to any problem that occurs. **What do you dislike about Joveo?** While Joveo integrates with almost all major international jobboards, it doesn't integrate with some local (government-owned) job boards in the Belgian market. **What problems is Joveo solving and how is that benefiting you?** We've automated the distribution of our broad range of vacancies, using Joveo's programmatic advertising and multi-posting system.
