What do you like best about JourneyDXP?

The b2b experience on this journeydxp is too good to describe. It is so helpful with the digital customer experience. Got real good feedback from superiors for the way this works Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about JourneyDXP?

Takes time to provide info at times which causes a huge amount of delay in the day to day work. At times I find it very standardized but yea it is digital and automated so can't complain Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
