Jotform makes the templates super easy, understandable, and digestible, which is great for client intake since a lot of paperwork asks for the same things. It's especially useful because not many templates are user-friendly, but Jotform's are, particularly for the audience we have in my company. **What do you dislike about Jotform?** Where Jotform loses points is usability. The platform has a lot of features, which is great in theory, but not all of them are intuitive. It can feel cluttered, and finding the exact setting or tool you need sometimes takes more clicking and trial and error than it should. My biggest frustration is the document editor itself. When placing or adjusting interactive components, such as signature fields, text fields, checkboxes, etcetera, alignment is unnecessarily fiddly.
