It is pretty straightforward to build a form that does exactly what I need it to do. The UI is clean and visually pleasing, unlike some other very utilitarian form builders. I like that I can automatically add responses from the form to a spreadsheet or a calendar. **What do you dislike about Jotform?** I really don't like the low limits for forms and responses in the free version. It feels like the system pushes the user into spending a lot of money, especially when there is no reasonably priced monthly option. It would be nice to pay a small one time fee to reset monthly response limits or have a low cost monthly tier that allows access to basic features. In an ideal world, monthly response limits would be higher for free users. At the same time, we wanted to create a form that clients would use to create the Contract themselves, and we succeeded in that. Using the application is simple and the implementation of the visuals we wanted to achieve is simple. **What do you dislike about Jotform?** The only complaint we have is the subscription renewal which is automated and without notification. Due to work we don't have time to think about it yet so a reminder a week or two earlier would be just fine.
