Jotform Sign Pros and Cons

I like that it gives me the ability to run my business securely and easily with the process and features that it offers. It also has many tutorials and guides to help access features that I am not familiar with. Came across Jotform purely by chance, but since I did it's been a game-changer. The ease of which you can put together an app or a form that can be sent out quickly and easily to staff and customers is great, and the range of customisation options means that it can be truly individual. We now use Jotform for a wide range of things, and it is being used almost daily by those we interact with. Before using JotForm, we were sending out PDFs to our guests to have them fill out and return to us. Guests would have to use their computer to fill out the form and return, as it was difficult to do on mobile. I would like the logic to be right when you're designing the form. Ex: Click on the question and you can add logic. I think it's a little annoying having to navigate to other tabs and remember which questions you wanted to add logic for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
