Jotform Sign allowed me to cover all legal aspects of getting signatures in one easy-to-use product. My business requires participants to sign media releases and waivers. Jotform Sign puts that into one seamless experience for both the customer and the business owner. I've used it for several of my classes now - at least one a quarter - and have been very satisfied. I love how easy it is to customize forms. The interface is straightforward and intuitive. I love that I can keep everything digital and send links to my clients rather than attachments. I also love the audit trail feature and to be able to see who has signed what. I love Jotform, the only things that would make it easier/ideal would be related to my specific profession. I'd love to see the ability to forward completed forms as password protected PDFs. It is very easy to create a form in the first place especially when you can upload a pdf document and drag and drop the textbox which will hold signatures. It is also very easy to add security to your forms as well, like adding a passcode before sending it to the person signing it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Not much that I dislike about my experience with JotForm. Great Customer Support and easy to understand. The only this that creates a bit of inconvenience would be when JotForm sends a notification through email it doesn't say which person signed the form, it only mentions which form was signed. We are a small church that needed recourses to still keep our things in order and make sure we could still have modern ways to connect with people. We could not have something that broke the bank. Also, we needed something very customizable but user friendly.

I love the ability to take payments, customize stock amounts, the show hide features, and so much more.These are some of my basic favorites that I use in every form frequently. It is easy to use, requires a little of getting to understand for implementation but with data on Youtuve University this is easy to uderstand. I've never had to use customer support but knowing it is there is very beneficial.
