The customizations that are possible on Jotform Sign is incredible. There are numerous features that can be implemented on the backend that will allow the user to have a much better form experience on the front end. My favorite is the conditional logic options. As a healthcare provider, the sign feature is just another reason to love Jotform Sign! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The biggest downside has been some of the bugs that pop up on the website every now and again. By that I mean from time to time, when I go to preview a form I have worked on, certain form elements will be in a different order than I put them or be missing, or be duplicated. It has forced me to go back and "fix" these issues numerous times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I love how easy it is the upload the documents you want signed without having to create anything new.
It's very easy to use and follow in terms of getting things signed by others.
You can create as many signing pages/boxes as you need and it also allows for you to integrate other apps within it too.
Customer support is very helpful is support is needed and the question marks next to everything gives you the other info you need to get things sorted.

The fact that it integrates with Google Sheets is amazing and the QR code feature is wildly helpful. Being able to have our users sign to attest to the accuracy of the provided information or being able to have a supervisor sign is great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes the format of the signature box/questions shows up weirdly on different types of screens but that doesn't inhibit use. I also wish you could acknowledge that the signature is legally binding (or whatever the disclaimer is at the end when you click submit) once and have the program remember that preference so you don't have to acknowledge every time. The branding they put when you miss a payment if you opt in to not have they're watermark it's like as soon as you miss a slight payment they put jotform on your forms when you don't want your consumer to know where it's being made from for professionalism Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We used JotForm sign for the first time to verify that people have signed a waiver we issued. We saw each entry come in - but the BEST part is that JotForm puts all entries onto a spreadsheet which we could then download, manipulate in Excel, and print for our records. It went very smoothly. About the only negative I have is that I wasn't aware there was a limit to the number of signed forms I could get in my current payment tier. Had to scramble to upgrade in time. My advice is to be aware of your limits and prepare accordingly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
In a heavily commoditized space Jotform Sign differentiates ina way that works - always and in any format in the most intuitive ways. Sure there are less reliable free options but the convenience and compatibility of Jotform Sign is like none other. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
