Both office and patient can receive PDF copies for their records. **What do you dislike about Jotform Sign?** The WYSIWYG editing means that mistakes can be frustrating, (as deleting something requires recreating what was deleted rather than undoing the delete). Some of the instructions are unclear, such as allowing a password to be set for both the business and the client--but in practice only the most recent password is effective. **What problems is Jotform Sign solving and how is that benefiting you?** Paper forms have to be scanned into the system and may not be legible. Staff can also make mistakes in processing forms between completion and upload to patient charts.
