Quick and reliable forms have never been more straightforward. You just drag and drop what you need, and that's pretty much it. There are quite a few templates to choose from, which saved my team so much time. We mostly use it for customer feedback and order forms, and our customers say they're short and sweet. What I love the most about Jotform is the capability to create free forms for testing, so you can implement it after ensuring it is all good. Jot form is a robust form maker with thousands of templates, a user-friendly interface, and many form elements, including unique widgets that allow you to add, for example, payments. I have been unable to create a psychometric assessment form that allows me to show the results after filling it. Currently, the only way to see the results in a visually friendly way is by using the Report Builder, which is excellent, but I have to do it manually. It's easy to make a new form. As long as you are adding basic fields, it's very straightforward to make a way to collect information directly from your phone. You can share the link or invite others to send responses to the form without leaving your phone. We use Jotform Mobile apps to fill in service forms for on-site machines. Before, technicians filled in physical forms, which they later transcribed into digital files to be reviewed by engineers. It was a lengthy process, and sometimes service reports would take up to a week or two to be finished. With Jotfom mobile apps, the technicians fill in the forms, which are uploaded in real-time. At first, the app didn't run smoothly on the phones we had, but we quickly upgraded the phones to accommodate for Jotform, it was worth it! All in all, Jotform Mobile apps have been a lifesaver.
