Thanks for your positive review. Are you referring to the Table URL when shared? If yes, it is not possible to customize the URL. URL customization is only possible with Enterprise especially if you want to use your own domain name. Related article: http://www.jotform.com/help/144-How-to-use-Custom-Domains-with-Jotform. Alternatively, you can use an online URL shortener, e.g. https://www.shorturl.at/, if that helps. You can also embed the Table on your website so instead of sharing the direct URL of the Table, you can share the page where the Table is embedded.

Thanks for your feedback. We do have live chat support but we are still implementing it gradually to our users. If you want to be added, contact us at https://www.jotform.com/contact/ so we can help. FYI, it is possible to add links into your form and with a little CSS injection, you can make that link look like a button. If you don't know CSS, you can create a button image, add it to your form then hyperlink it. This is all possible using the Paragraph tool found under Basic Elements.

Or if you are referring to embedding your form as a clickable button, you can get your form URL then place it into your website buttons. Here's how to get your form URL https://www.jotform.com/help/401-Where-to-Find-My-Form-URL.

I publish form links and send them to applicants to complete background check authorization forms. Applicants feel comfortable including their sensitive information using JotForms.
