As an Event Logistics Specialist, I am juggling multiple projects and groups at once. I built a Jotform App to use as an Exhibitor Portal - a one-stop-shop for exhibitors to view the floorplan, request their preferred booth location, download order forms, and submit their logos. I like how Jotform Apps is easy to use and build forms. I find it simple to enable and disable certain things I'm offering, and it's great for uploading images of meals and dishes to show to my clients and prospective customers. It's really handy that I can easily manage my menu by disabling items when I can't get certain ingredients and then enabling them again once they're available. Uploading, adding, and removing images is straightforward, and I appreciate being able to update with better photos. I would love for me and another food service business to be able to check out our customers and for the monies for my portion of the menu to go to my account, and the money for their portion of the menu to go to their account. I like how easy it is to create a workflow with Jotform Apps and iterate to improve processes. The new AI features are also very helpful in creating these processes. I can track the performance of my staff and other departments, seeing where tasks are and how long they took. The notification system keeps everyone updated on transactions. Plus, the AI allows form filling using an AI agent, which is less boring than standard form filling. Jotform Apps is more user-friendly and easier to implement than ClickUp, with a much easier interface and intuitive use. There's a lot of areas for improvement for the Copilot AI. It needs to be more robust. Basically, it needs to capture the requirements correctly when asked to implement something or do something. I really like Jotform Apps because the app functionality is phenomenal. It's a very useful, nice, and easy-to-use tool. I appreciate the push notifications feature and have been able to train my employees to use it effectively. We rely on it quite a bit without any issues regarding stability. What I like most is how easy it is to use and train others on; it's straightforward enough that anybody can pick it up and figure it out. I love the ability to get on-site feedback in real time, digest it, download it, and send it on. Additionally, I value the ability to update the agenda during our three-day events and how they can start with the date they're on. The initial setup of Jotform Apps was super easy; within about an hour, we were using it without any instruction. The simplicity of the setup, along with the customization options. If you know nothing about programming, you can EASILY make an app for yourself. If you're more familiar with programming, you're still able to utilize key workflow elements like if/else & conditional branches. There really is nothing that Jotform can't do!
