I had to deliver a functional chatbot for a client on a fast turnaround. Joonbot's interface and their service was super fast and helpful. It's also easy enough for the client to maintain without needing too many instructions which means I could deliver them a chatbot and they could run with it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
