the creation of the bot was very simple - i'm not a developer and i was able to do it myself. just needed my developer to add to my site - but i was able to do everything else myself.
they also allow you to add memes and other fun graphics - and provide a helpful template to get you started.

doesn't integrate with my site - so i can't capture user details without asking the user for them (i.e. name or email address).
