Joomag Pros and Cons

We produce several monthly publications and have been using Joomag exclusively since 2019. We are very happy with the ease of use and mostly-intutive interface, as well as the rich features that a license offers. But where the rubber meets the road is the exceptional customer service when you get yourself into a jam. Their crack team is very responsive, competent and personable. There's a lot to love and I haven't discovered anything I dislike. The price of an enterprise program is a bit steeper than I would like, but every software company is raising its prices. Joomag remains a good value for now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Whenever you need help, support is always only moments away on their chat. I have been using Joomag for 11 years now and been with them on their development journey. We have grown from a small solution to the enterprise solution. I would like to say that their entry level solution gives a lot.

And the system is very easy to use. Yes of course, we wonder about how to solve thing from time to time, and then the Joomag support team is just seconds away to help you out.

I am now using it on a number of different magazines, from industry business to consumer magazines. Work just as fine either you design your magazines in programs like Adobe InDesign or if you design it in the Joomag software.

This is a hard question.

On rare occassions we need special things, like a new category in their Newsstand (a platform where you can post your publication so new people can discover you without you doing much). May take some time to get your suggestions through. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Joomag is user-friendly and customer support is always very prompt to respond. My last check-in with our account rep Brian was above and beyond. He really made an attempt to get to know us as a customer and what our business needs were and even make suggestions on ways to improve the use of Joomag product. We are discontinuing our online publication and were intending to cancel before it was up for renewal on Nov. 30. They charged us 6 days earlier, double the price, and refuse to refund or answer the phone. I would not recommend this site to anyone. Horrible customer service. Joomag is very user-friendly and has helped our team avoid endless PDF uploads to our website. My favorite feature is the ease of replacing a PDF within the tool or just a one-page update if desired. After running into an issue uploading a file to our Joomag account, I emailed the help desk. Roberta Wilson responded right away to explain what the problem was on the backend and quickly took care of the upload issue. I was able to log back in and get my work done ASAP. Friendy and fast.
