The platform delivers a highly reliable and streamlined solution for managing Certificates of Insurance, transforming what was once a manual and error-prone process into a fully automated and consistently accurate workflow. **What do you dislike about Jones?** We are very pleased with this software. No complaints! **What problems is Jones solving and how is that benefiting you?** The automation features — including renewal notifications, compliance tracking, and document validation — have substantially reduced administrative workload while enhancing our ability to maintain up-to-date and contract-compliant insurance documentation across all subcontractors. Fairly young company constantly working to respond to user input as well as to introduce new features. **What do you dislike about Jones?** The downside to using Jones is the same as using any similar program: tenants and vendors are often just not used to working with submitting COIs and other infomration to an online platform. In my experience, many tenants and vendors are more accustomed to direct email exchanges and attaching COIs to emails. It's not Jones' fault that some people are still using typewriters when the world has moved to computers (metaphorically speaking). **What problems is Jones solving and how is that benefiting you?** The biggest issie I've had is the failure of tenants and vendors to respond to Jones' automated email requests and reminders, despite the fact that the messages are very clear. So many times I want to say to a vendor, "did you read the message???" Jones recently introduced an "Operator" program, where a representative dedicated to your account follows up with those non-responsive tenants/vendors (and others, as needed). This Operator program has led to a significant increase in compliance. ### 3. It has significantly streamlined and sped up our certificate review workflow, allowing me to quickly identify and resolve compliance issues on a daily basis. The integration with our accounting system is seamless — saving us from duplicate data entry and keeping everything moving efficiently. The entire service team has been outstanding to work with. They are responsive, professional, and makes sure any issues (which are very rare) are addressed promptly. The implementation process was fully supported and the on-going customer service has been amazing. **What do you dislike about Jones?** This is a hard question as we are very happy with the impact that Jones has had on our operations. **What problems is Jones solving and how is that benefiting you?** Before Jones, certificate of insurance reviews were time-consuming and often slowed down projects. Jones solves this by centralizing and automating the review process, making it easy to quickly spot compliance issues and keep certificates moving forward without delays. The integration with our accounting system eliminates redundant data entry, which not only saves valuable time but also reduces the chance of errors. For me personally, Jones has taken what used to be a tedious, manual process and turned it into a smooth daily workflow. I can stay on top of compliance with confidence, projects move faster, and I have more time to focus on higher-value tasks. ### 4. Jones will then send an email to the vendor with the missing insurance requirements (Gaps), thus eliminating this step for our team. Jones is very user friendly and they provide a Customer Success Manager to help answer any questions we may have. **What do you dislike about Jones?** Vendors can have more than one insurance agent providing coverage for all their policies. Jones is not able to notify a specific insurance agent for the policy that has the Gap(s). All insurance agents entered in Jones will be notified and many agents find this annoying. **What problems is Jones solving and how is that benefiting you?** Jones is always open to adding additional requirement categories for the varying types of vendors we use. They are always open to hearing suggestions on reporting we are looking to use and oftentimes make suggestions on how we can better monitor the vendor COIs. ### 5. The team at Jones has sought out our input on initiatives and collaborated with us on items we identified that would help us to better serve both our internal and external clients. They work with the client instead of providing an out of the box solution that we have to adapt to our business. Implementation was seamless and if we had questions, the team was readily available to us. The product is extremely easy for our staff to use and pull reports from. Jones has enabled us to go from less than 3% compliance to maintaining 80% compliance on all COI's across our company. **What do you dislike about Jones?** We only wish they had other solutions to help us better manage our risk. **What problems is Jones solving and how is that benefiting you?** Jones has enabled us to track COI compliance in real time for over 2500 subcontractors that work on our projects. I am in Jones daily and am able to quickly review any compliance issues with certificates to keep them moving forward. Our Rep Luisa is amazing to work with and handles any issues we have which aren't many. Our company also uses an integration with our accounting system, and it works great, saves us data entry and keeps the process moving.
