Sometimes using the site can be difficult, even training, but that's why the representatives help.

Organization the app brings. Also the speed of the app.

Nothing so far. We have only been using for couple days. The list type feature should be changeable omce created.

I really like all the custom additions you can make to the reports. I also like the options of adding a video instructions for employees. 

**What do you dislike about Jolt?**

Some of the applications or features did not work well on the phone but did great on the tablet.

Make sure that if you release features they work great on both phone and tablet.

The best part about jolt is it keeps employees accountable for their actions and emails a report.

JOLT takes care of organization for me and it’s userfriendly.

I have no major complaints about the JOLT app

We use JOLT for scheduling and checklists to be performed daily/weekly. JOLT remembers for you.

Time stamps. Ability to have all employees use the system to guide their duties.

Sync time on devices. I wish it was more user friendly example Spanish would help.

If used properly Jolt can make your operation better and also create accountability by individual staff members for all lists and logs getting completed on a daily basis.

The notification for items past deadline could be louder or more pronounced.

Labeling system helps our commissary and checklists help daily operations of multi unit restaurant enterprise.

Good user support. Easy to understand platform.

Wasn’t great platform for my service business. Probably more suited for more of a consistent daily routine. Our business processes change each day.

Being able to switch and review the sechedules, also time off and preferred time was a huge plus.

The mobile app is sometimes finicky and hard to use. It doesn’t reflect changes in the main app sometimes

**What do you like best about Jolt?**

I like that everything is digital and almost all of it (timesheets, schedules, contacts) are downloadable.  There's a lot that in principle is great for streamlining the retail experience.

**What do you dislike about Jolt?**

On my iPhone (a 5C), I found the app to be sluggish at best, and almost non-functioning at worst.  Screens would take FOREVER to load, and in some respects horrendous to navigate.  A good example of this is the (again a great idea) daily/weekly "to-do list" section that managers can set up for employees.  There is NO way to organize and sort the lists to most current or recently added.  I literally would have to scroll through almost a year's worth of lists just to find the one for my specific shift so I could work through it.

Also, almost all of my other associates, who had different phones, be it other iPhone models or non-Apple brands, had the exact same issues.

**Recommendations to others considering Jolt:**

I would say my store only partially used Jolt, and I feel that it's an app that requires you to REALLY utilize it fully, or don't even bother.  Because the sheer time spent just opening and trying to use the app (again I found it to be sluggish and at times glitchy or non-responsive), makes it almost worthless to use.  It has a lot of features that I think are GREAT in concept, but the execution at the time that I used it I found to be poor.  I qualify this, though, by saying that my store manager also clearly didn't utilize the app effectively.  Associates were required to fulfill tasks in the "lists" section, but we never knew if these were ever confirmed or checked by our store manager (I was told by a couple of shift managers that they never were).

**What problems is Jolt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It provided another avenue for me to find my schedule and keep track of my hours as an associate, as well as gave me access to other coworkers in case I needed to get a hold of someone else whenever a particular issue arose.

It is not intuitive. Scheduling pales in comparison to WhenIWork. Set us task chores is not user friendly

Make sure you are willing to spend time understanding its capabilities
Its not always iser friendly
