Simplicity. The tool is very simple to navigate and user friendly. We have a lot of our employees who are not computer friendly. We have been able to use join.me successfully with them as well Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about join.me?
Needs to be a one stop solution. You should think about providing solution from ticketing to helpdesk. Today we may move away from join.me as we don't want multiple vendors managing solutions for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
