What do you like best about join.me?
This software is ideal for accessing another computer remotely to diagnose issues and fix them. It is also great for those wishing to teach hands on in a remote setting. It is simple to install and doesn't take up much space. It's perfect for customer/tech support and I've found it very effective for product installation help.
