We have been using Joiin for 2 years, it’s an excellent way to consolidate and streamline reporting for multiple companies. The report customisation is easy to use, the ability to process adjusting journals is useful and it’s easy to load multiple budgets and forecasts onto Joiin. It’s an excellent product and Harry and his team are always very responsive if you need support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

After spending a significant amount of time researching various Xero consolidation tools for our multi-currency group, I was initially hesitant about Joiin. On paper, it seemed much better value than its competitors, which made me skeptical.
However, those concerns were unfounded—it has been exceptional.
-Intuitive interface
-Easily customizable report layouts tailored to your specific needs
-Seamless switching between companies and currencies
-Great value for money

Areas for improvement:
-Refreshes aren’t instant (currently takes about 5–6 minutes for a full group refresh). Not sure if this can be improved.
-Feedback implementation can be slow, though this is understandable given the price point.
-I’d love to see a 3-way forecasting feature added (I know it’s a big ask!). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The system is super user friendly.
The ability to drill down into consolidated balances to see multi-entity transactional breakdowns provides great visibility.
Account code specific exchange rates is great for equity translations.
Report packs are super usefull and save a lot of time at month end. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There is only one enchancing idea that I can give .
It would be awesome to be possible to filter from a common filter for all of charts on the dashboard and not to go one by one (in case you put a customized filter) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Once set up, which was very intuitive, I can run reports quickly and easily, cutting between full group and regional sub-groups and different time periods. It has become a vital part of my financial reporting tech stack Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I would like to see more flexibility on the report outputs Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The integration with Xero is seamless. The standard reports are very useful, but customised reports are quick and easy to create and edit Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
