We procured audit services from Johanson via a contract with a "compliance platform" vendor that Johanson is partnered with. Johanson was not always on the same page with their partner as to the scope of services that had been agreed upon and contracted between us and the platform vendor. What problems is Johanson Group solving and how is that benefiting you?

Johanson Group helped us with our first SOC 2 Type I audit after adopting Vanta compliance platform. They assisted us with our ISO27001 uplift to the 2022 standard, including re-certification, and also with our SOC 2 Type I audit. Both processes were very smooth; prompt responses and minimal unnecessary meetings. They were quick to understand the needs and complexities of our business and were courteous and professional. We are also located in a tricky time zone, and JG were very accommodating of the early / late times for phone calls to be available during our business hours, which was appreciated.
