The ATS is really intuitive and easy to use - the functionality meets all the requirements that you would want to have. The customer service has been severely lacking behind other ATS/HR softwares that I've used. It's really difficult to get any help when you need it and the quality of the service has been very short and non-friendly in my experience. The Onboarding module and tools like Intelligent Messaging also not have been fully functional in my experience.
