What do you like best about Jobvite?

I hold a favorable view of Jobvite's features from the perspective of an applicant. What do you like best about Jobvite?

Jobvite's customer support system truly standouts in a marketplace of phone trees, emails left unresponded, and spending value time working with junior support. Jobvite acts very quickly to identify the problem, and get it to the right team to help. We usually have our tickets responded to in less than an hour, with a resolution or set of next steps by the end of the day.

The system is robust. It takes about a year to learn if you were not a hands-on user during implementation. I'm confident any new client implementing the system initially will pick it up quickly, and love the integration options and features ready to deploy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jobvite?

My two not so favorable pieces of feedback are the revolving door of Account Managers, as well as the ease of use of Custom Fields. Custom Field administration is burdensome, and could use enhanced functionality to archive, hide, and update. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Jobvite?

I like that it is relatively user friendly & customizeable. I like the screening features offered from a Hiring Manager perspective. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jobvite?

That we can't integrate it with e-Verify to complete I-9 verifications as required by US Law. And that we can't get the I9 form until we complete the ID details (as if we are doing an e-verififcation) so basically we have to do the work twice. It's not currently integrated with our HRIS system (UKG) either. While I feel like JobVite has the potential for greatness, in my world, it just created more tedious, manual tasks. At least for the time being. I have not seen any benefits of it being more efficient than the process we were using before. There also needs to be very basic-level user guides depending on the level the Hiring Manager is at. (Corporate or higher level versus front-line managers) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Jobvite?

What do you dislike about Jobvite?

I wish I could do more sourcing from scratch to help build our funnel. I also want to see more workshops to help us use all functionalities we have. SOmetimes we have many features that the folks who use it daily have no idea we can use until we stumble upon it. A list or org specific training would be helpful to maximize our account. What do you like best about Jobvite?

Easy to use in ATS and Onboarding. Analytics can improve a little but compared to 5 years ago, it has grown greatly. My current CSM is great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jobvite?

- Knowledge base needs alot of work. Search is horrible. Unable to find anything.

- Delay within analytics. Needs to be real time instead of 4 hours for changes to reflect correctly.

- Response time from support team could be better. It gotten better but last 2-3 years was not great.

- 4-5 changes of customer service managers within a short period of time is concerning. Hoping no reassigning anytime soon.

- Better communication from the AP team. Neglecting customer's questions is not a good experience.

- More in-person training vs webinars via Zoom

- Analytics Helpful tips ("i" icon) are vague. Need to be more accurate and precise.

- Bring back chatline support for instant response

What do you like best about Jobvite?

Jobvite has a solid process for moving from requisition to onboarding of a candidate and once everything is setup and running it tends to serve recruiters and hiring managers well. Reporting with Looker makes it easy to get data out and shipped off to other analytics systems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jobvite?

Behind the scenes, the logic and configuration of Jobvite seems overly complicated compared to other ATS I have used. At times it does result in more support requests than would be typical of other products, and it can make change much slower than other systems designed for this set of tasks. What do you like best about Jobvite?

I really like the simplicity of the website. I also really like how easy it is to filter any and everything. Since it is something I use every day, I also appreciate how easy it is to get in touch with support for anything I might need - not that there is much to need customer support for since it runs pretty smoothly. What do you like best about Jobvite?

Jobvite is a robust recruiting platform with a number of features. The main one we used was the ATS and it was extremely helpful to manage our candidates and processes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jobvite?

The interface is not as intuitive as had hoped, but fine on the user side. However I can't find anything on the admin side so hunt around endlessly everytime we need to make a change. Unfortunately, I was not the one who implemented Jobvite so don't have any of the implementation materials or any idea how it was originally set up which makes it harder.
