Works well in an ever-changing environment where we have been able to flex. Integrated text platform and scheduling, along with marketing, have really been a boost to our processes. Canvas is a really easy-to-use and customizable text product. Recorded Video interviewing has cut out time on the phone trying to listen and type to where we can focus on the information being given and ask better questions of their experience. We are able to share these to our hiring teams so they get a fuller picture of our candidates instead of trying to decipher what we recorded on a form. CRM tool/engage platform is pretty basic but has what you need without being too busy. I suggest if you get this product to create custom reporting fields in the app that will allow you to build reporting through the analytics platform. I made reports of specific jobs/experiences that they mark on the application helping me become more efficient. **What do you dislike about Jobvite?** In some ways, the system is a little more rudimentary than others. That is the beauty of the product that I don't have to go to an engineering team every time I want to make a change. That also creates limitations in the product. I have viewed the Talementry product, which is an outstanding product compared to regular Jobvite with the Engage platform. Fully integrated text and drip campaigns and the marketing in that system is exceptional. I highly recommend you look at Jobvites Talementry products if you are looking at the whole package. **Recommendations to others considering Jobvite:** Work closely with your reps they will help you along the way. Easy to get support. Also check out Talementry **What problems is Jobvite solving and how is that benefiting you?** Marketing through text campaigns, email campaigns and building landing pages. We make offers and run our entire processes through the software. It also helps for several of our leaders as they travel to be able to use the mobile app which is really simple and quick. ### 6. We do not have centralized recruiting. I'm the only Jobvite Admin at our company and the team members at Jobvite are lovely and very helpful; we've developed a great partnership. **What do you dislike about Jobvite?** I can change/edit the uploaded job descriptions when a single req is created, but I would like a robust job description library within the software where I can permanently edit our uploaded jobs and also add in newly created jobs into the system. Having all hiring managers and recruiters on one platform has allowed us to streamline the hiring process, saving us at least 1000 hours of follow-up time per year. **What do you dislike about Jobvite?** I wish the uploading of job descriptions was more robust. We have decided to preload all of our job descriptions in order to maintain consistency, unfortunately, the process of uploading them into Jobvite is very cumbersome. Making a change to one job description is essentially impossible - we have to re-load our entire JD spreadsheet just to capture one change. This is a real sore point for us. **Recommendations to others considering Jobvite:** Jobvite is a great partner. **What problems is Jobvite solving and how is that benefiting you?** We were 100% paper process prior to Jobvite. Our time to fill was very high and we were losing candidates. With Jobvite, our recruiting process has moved to 99% paperless and our time to fill has decreased by at least 70%. The use of screening questions and video interviews has helped this process tremendously. ### 10. Our assigned Customer Service Representative is very helpful and does all they can to make sure we're having a smooth and successful experience with Jobvite. **What do you dislike about Jobvite?** Support can be a bit of a run-around sometimes. There seem to be a lot of newer employees in level 1 support, which can make the chat support function a bit irrelevant. The changes to the reporting module made some parts of reporting MUCH harder to process. Reporting is no longer as intuitive, and custom fields and breakdowns are nearly impossible to complete without using their paid services. Onboarding forms are also difficult to integrate with our main HRIS. Any new forms (even government-mandated changes) are not able to updated with our export unless we pay for additional services. Mapping should be simplified. **Recommendations to others considering Jobvite:** My best advice to those considering Jobvite is to really consider your goals and resources and as much as possible stick to the modules you know you'll use. Adding a module later was easy, and Jobvite did partner with us well when we added new features. However, you will ultimately drive the success in your business of utilizing new products. It is near impossible to get simple questions answered, and if you have a technical problem, be prepared to never get it resolved. Jobvite has a history or rolling out new products or features without adequate training for their team or end users, leading to HUGE headaches while you stumble through trying to use it. They also love to remove product lines from existing packages and then upsell you on them, even though you were already a customer of the product line. **Recommendations to others considering Jobvite:** Go with a different solution. Email campaigns are not user friendly at all. There are few templates that you can use, but they are rudimentary compared to the templates you can get from Mailchimp or Emma. The process of writing and designing an email for campaigns is not the most pleasant. I've lost content that included a number of links, visuals, and a cohesive design simply because the system doesn't have an autosave feature. Jobvite has made many of our company policies and processes easier to streamline and share out with our larger organization. **What do you dislike about Jobvite?** At times it is difficult to submit tickets with Jobvite, as it often takes a long time for Jobvite support to understand what the need is and to resolve an issue. We have also had issues with consistency of what Jobvite support does for us vs. what we have to do on our own. These issues have only arisen in the last few months. **Recommendations to others considering Jobvite:** I would recommend leaning in to your Customer Support Manager and really listening to their tips and reviewing all resource materials they share. **What problems is Jobvite solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have benefited from the organized and clean cut applicant tracking system and easy to use onboarding system, and have been able to find a more efficient way to conduct an employee referral program using Jobvite, as well as streamline our processes for hiring. ### 29. Some candidates may not be great at face to face interviews due to nervousness and so this also helps see the best of the candidate. **What do you dislike about Jobvite?** The downside to Jobvite is the inability to incorporate our own internal processes to what is already set in place within Jobvite. They are subject experts and dedicate to helping you in whatever way possible. I was using Jobvite on my first day at my new position. **What do you dislike about Jobvite?** Occasionally when sorting through lists you have to click back and forth to get the next set to load. When clicking a link sent through email, if you are not currently logged in the system will have you log in then take you to your dashboard instead of the location of the link that you were trying to get to. These two are clunky user interface issues, but do not hinder use in any meaningful way. In addition to these we have sought to schedule time with an account manager to review the full set of capabilities and how we use the system in order to find improvements, to speak with someone took a lot of effort and we found that for that time we would have to pay an hourly rate. You should build a few hours of consulting per year into the contracts to increase user engagement, right now we are paying for a module that we do not use or understand. **Recommendations to others considering Jobvite:** If you need a simple ATS for candidate and req tracking then this should fit your needs at a good price. **What problems is Jobvite solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are using it for job req and candidate tracking, it allows me to collaborate with my recruiters in one location.
