It looked good on paper. It has all the bells and whistles that you'd expect from a CRM provider like this one. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
But the sales and customer support is horrendous. The person giving the demo wasn't even in a quiet environment and couldn't answer my questions. After the demo, I followed up with several emails to ask about pricing and migration but got completely ignored and ghosted. Worst part is that the supervisors are in the email chain and they didn't even bother to intervene at all.
How can you expect to have a good platform when the support is non-existent. What if something goes wrong and you are left in the dust? I wouldn't risk it at all. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
