so far its good if the peer to peer can make it more than transactional and the coupons for example we cannot redeem coupons for myntra it has very limited points which we can claim from myntra if these aspects were improved the program would feel more impactful Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The ability to praise colleague and reward with small cash awards.

This was a very popular program at SAP. It allowed employees to recognize outstanding performance among colleagues. We were able to write a note about what a colleague had done that was outstanding, which was routed to their manager for visibility. We could also opt to add a small cash award as well.
