**What do you like best about JOBPROGRESS?**

Broad and deep features. Lots of options and is customizable.

**What do you dislike about JOBPROGRESS?**

Buggy and quality has gone down hill since company was sold to Leap.  Forms are not created as they appear on screen. Bugs come and go and reappear.

**What problems is JOBPROGRESS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tracking clients and jobs and it has stopped us from having to type each clients info into an accounting system and again into a job tracking system.

**What do you like best about JOBPROGRESS?**

It allows our office staff and field staff to access necessary information for jobs anywhere along the buying cycle.

**What do you dislike about JOBPROGRESS?**

Reporting is very lackluster. I am not able to pull most of what I need in one report.

**What problems is JOBPROGRESS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's allows our team to access needed information and to add more information no matter where they are (in the field, in the office, on the road).

**What do you like best about JOBPROGRESS?**

I like that all the information is there and available for me to see when I need to. From photographs to contracts to supplies lists to a calendar and more, Job Progress makes it easy to access all the information about anything that I need to help the customer.

**What do you dislike about JOBPROGRESS?**

As great as all the information is, it is hard to access. Job Progress often lags due to slow speeds and is very difficult to navigate. This software was not designed with the ease of the user in mind and is not intuitive to use. Information can often be put in multiple places and lost in the process. Updating details in regards to certain projects is difficult because it's so hard to find.

**Recommendations to others considering JOBPROGRESS:**

It's a great customer relationship management software but it can be difficult to use and understand at times. Besides it being slow and confusing to use, it is also difficult to navigate. Despite all this, if you know how to find the information you're looking for, it's a great tool.

**What problems is JOBPROGRESS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As the Creative Manager, Job Progress helps me have access to the information I need when I need it. It allows me to work independetly and not rely on coworkers for the information.

There are several ways to filter information which makes it very versatile for many employees who serve a wide customer base

**What do you dislike about JOBPROGRESS?**

The search feature can be difficult to narrow down as specifically as I would like. The program can also be very slow at times, which can be frustrating to someone who is using it all day every day and trying to be efficient.

**Recommendations to others considering JOBPROGRESS:**

If you're looking for a way to keep track of a wide variety of jobs, clients, or other work, consider using Job Progress! The search feature is an easy way to narrow down results, and find exactly what you are looking for relatively quickly. The app and desktop version allow seamless integration between employees in the office and employees in the field.

**What problems is JOBPROGRESS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are solving customer communication problems because every interaction is logged in JobProgress so each team member knows exactly what has happened in the customer file previously.

**What do you like best about JOBPROGRESS?**

JP allows for pictures to be uploaded with time stamps allowing for lots of information.

**What do you dislike about JOBPROGRESS?**

They state that they are an open faced integration system which is just not the case. Their support is not helpful and you cannot link any marketing efforts with this platform.

**What problems is JOBPROGRESS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We track the sales process from estimate to warrantied and closed

**What do you like best about JOBPROGRESS?**

JobProgress helps us to track all of our jobs in one place.  Everyone has access to the same notes, contracts, and job details.

**What do you dislike about JOBPROGRESS?**

There is a bit of a learning curve for all of the features, but the customer service is excellent.

**Recommendations to others considering JOBPROGRESS:**

Definitely worth it.  So many features to streamline your construction or roofing business from the lead stage, to estimating, creating material lists, customer follow up and communicating with team members about jobs.  The customer service has been outstanding and they offer free training to any team member whenever you need it.

**What problems is JOBPROGRESS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Customers are not falling through the cracks anymore.  Leads are entered right away and we can move them through our workflow.  We can now email electronic contracts and have our customers sign remotely, making it easier to close deals.  We have also automated emails right through the program to remind customers of appointments and send them thank you emails with review requests.

I keeps all files, pics, and emails connected to the project. 

**What do you dislike about JOBPROGRESS?**

Still has bugs. Landscape view is glitchy. Seems like they make the docs more complicated than it needs to be but I’m not a programmer. 

**What problems is JOBPROGRESS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeps my follow ups and the work flow between departments nice and neat
